Cool that it has forward and reverse, and switches completely off when knob rotated all the way down.I didn't need the reverse as I'm using it to control the speed of two 12V car blower motors on my hot water radiator used to heat my garage. It doesn't heat up for any speed I've run the fans at.

The switch wires where all broken when I received the item. I had to figure out which wire was which and re-attach them (easy enough as they are simply clamped), but a week later one of the wires broke again. They are very thin and fragile.Aside from that, it works as described.
