This product is meant as a pre-wrap, meaning you wrap the area you want support with this foam wrap and then put athletic tape on top. This adds a layer of support and makes it more comfortable to both wear and remove the athletic tape after. You probably want to have scissors when using this product as it can be hard to rip. The product does its job well and the multiple colors are kind of a nice addition. We find this foam wrap works well to add ankle support when used with athletic tape on top. Good product.

I wish there was more to the rolls. Seems to just run out of it too quickly. Sticks well, but if using in mobile areas it will bunch up.

I use a lot of different wraps to give me extra support on weaker joints for sporting. I’ve used cohesive tapes before but this one is a little bit different from what I’m used to and I really like it.As the description says, this is technically a foam wrap, but it’s got a texture that makes it stick to itself so it’s good to wrap a moving joint and it will stay in place. The foam is very thin as you can see from the photo I posted. I found that I have to use a fair amount of this to get support, but it’s buildable so you can create anything from light to medium support, depending on how much from you use and how tightly it’s wrapped. It sticks to itself really well, and so it stays in place once wrapped. Because it’s quite thin, I have not been successful in unwrapping it for reviews so for the most part, it’s a one time use product. I am still working on how to unwrap it successfully and hoping to get multiple uses out of each piece.This is a very functional tape, and a good value for 12 rolls in an array of really nice colors.

I've found that if I put any force applying these they can tear unexpectedly. Furthermore they don't stick to themselves well at all meaning they can unwind when you're moving around. They don't give any support. The colors are nice. I found these mostly a waste of time.

As weird as it may sound I use these to wrap my dogs paws during the hotter months. My dog's paws are always irritated and gets inflamed by walking on grass. So I am always having to wrap them up after applying medication to them. The other bandages I use work really well but they are thinker and tend to heat my dog up since she is older now. These wraps are perfect! They are lightweight but strong. I can easily wrap her feet not have to worry that they will over heat her. I do have to wrap electrical tape around them so she can't easily pull them off. They don't stick on their own at all.

These are very good to have in case of an emergency. Other than that, I really like the color variety that it comes with, the material is exactly what it should be, and they work great. I had an accident, and I couldn't get to the hospital immediately and this made the makeshift splint so much more comfortable to have and it wasn't rough on my skin at all. Really recommend having this in your home.
