Using these with my shop vac bags and the fine dust that usually bypasses the old filter is captured and retained in the shop vac. This worked great for shop dust and cleaning up the basement but really shined when it was used to suck up old insulation from a crawl space and soot from the boiler when we had an upset with the burner.These performed great with practically no reduction in the sucking power of the shop vac!You only get one set of lungs and, in my opinion, it is far better to have the small toxic particles stuck in this filter, rather than my lungs!

I've bought stock dewalt filters for yearsI don't know why, maybe these weren't on Amazon? They are much better quality and much cheaper than the factory dewaltI get 2 hepa wet filters for the price of not much more than a single regular dewalt filter. an easy choice.

Says it fits the DSV06P, but the filter is significantly larger than the 6gal OEM filter and does not fit at all. Doesn’t seem to be a contact seller option either. Returning.

I goofed and left our filter in while dealing with some flooding and needed a quick replacement as the filter just won't dry. With no DeWalt brand available, I took a risk given the large number of reviews claiming this did not fit the 6 Gal DXV06P. Was the right size, and attached no problem. Worked fine.
