These replacement blades are of very good quality and function exactly as expected. They functioned as though my nearly 20 year old Felco pruners were brand new. Another reviewer noted that theirs were not sharp. The blades I received were very sharp and made of very hard steel. While changing your blades, take a moment to clean your pruners with an abrasive pad or wire brush to make sure that there is no buildup of hardened sap or other debris. This will help to ensure that your replacement blade fits well. The alignment pin holes are made for a very tight fit and there is no room for any sort of debris. I used the pruners with the replacement blade to cut away a large invasive privet hedge, and had no issues cutting branches of half inch thickness. I also tested it on oak tree branches and had similar excellent results. I made over 100 cuts of half inch branches to give the blade a reasonable test and was happy with the results.

Make sure your pruner model blade can be replaced, check the model. I almost threw out my pruner because the blade is dull and I'm not sure how to sharpen it, I saw some videos on how to do it but it looks dangerous and need a angle grinder if you have one. So, instead and I saw this and got a pair and all I need is just one. Replacing it is straight forward with simple tool, a plier, simply loosen the screw, remove the old blade and replace it with this new one, tighten the screw back and you're good to go. It is kind of good value for the money for 2, but some might say they can get a new pruner with the same price, to me if it's 50% less I would just replace the blade. It is light weight but seems strong, it can cut. It does fit the model I have. The only thing I'm worrying about is, the sharpness, will it last, because my old one became dull after one season and it's original, maybe I used it too much.

These fit perfectly on my Felco F2s. Blades came sharp. Note that these are for FELCO pruners... not other brands. And only for the specified type/size of Felcos. If you don't know what you have... just go to the Felco website and look at the available types. F2s have been made for years and years. I routinely swap out my blades, sharpen the old ones and soak in oil to get the sap and gunk off them. Then they are ready to go for the next round. These new replacement blades seem to be decent quality. I pruned about 25-30 rose bushes using the first replacement blade. No issues. Blade is holding up well, no obvious nicks or dings. Good product.

2 Pack Replacement # 2/3 Hand Pruner Shear Cutting Blade for Felco F2 F4 F11 F400 ModelsUsing an old Felco 2. The blade that I could actually get on my Felco 2 worked fine, so the blades theoretically work. However, the blade I could get on arrived nicked, not exactly what I'm looking for in a brand new blade. And the top hole on the other blade (which was intact) was too small to fit over the top pin. It was visibly smaller than both the original I was replacing and the other blade in the pair. I couldn't even force it on with pliers (which I did have to use to get the other one on--that's fine, I don't mind a snug fit). The profile of the blade is also different, though that won't generally matter much functionally unless you're trying to get the very tip into somewhere tight. The original Felco blade has a swoop to the back edge of the blade, whereas this one is straight. And this one is also a few mm shy of the top edge where the blades meet.  Between the wrong-sized hole, the nick, and the short length, I don't recommend these.
