They don’t work. When you plug them in to your radio they start transmitting and won’t stop even if the ptt is not pressed. They are listen only but you can’t use your handheld to transmit. Would rate 0 stars if it was an option. Buy authentic ear pieces and not these.

This unit is built with the quality and the wire is longer than the normal unit I have had in the past I do wish the connector was straight instead of 90 then
