I expected this product to last longer than one year. The touch screen has stopped working making the produce in operable. 30 day return window in sufficient. What is the product life expectation?Update: seller replaced under warranty

The clips don’t lock in place at the top of the radio. Radio stations have static interference. Everytime the system starts up the volume is at 13, which wouldn’t be a problem unless volume level 1 was as loud as volume level 30 on the factory stereo so you can imagine what 13 is like when you aren’t expecting it. Pretty annoyed, save your money and buy a better one.

The unit works decently and is pretty practical. Definitely not super user friendly to set up and troubleshoot sometimes but you get what you pay for

Even though I reached out to the seller to verify that the device was compatible with my truck, specifically equipped with a JBL sound system, and received confirmation, my excitement turned into disappointment the next day when I discovered that the sockets were not compatible at all. It was a waste of time and shipping, prompting me to return the device the very next day.

I got this unit as a gift and all I can say that it is great, considering the price. In the comments above it says that it freezes, that it is blowing fuses, or there is no Android Auto. None of this is happening on my unit. No fuses were blown, Android Auto and Apple Carplay is there through the ZLink app. All works good.The only thing that bothers me a little is that it is somewhat slower on certain apps. For example Google Maps has difficulties running on this unit, it lags a lot. Waze is the same. Graphic heavy apps are slow. The again, Android Auto and Apple CArplay is there and if you run Google maps through Android Auto or Carplay it works just fine. Instruction manual could be better, more informative.Seller communicates very well. I managed to brake the installation bracket and they send me new bracket without any problems, no charge. Thanks for that. In the end, look at the price ! For 169 CAD you get a 10" touchscreen unit with android auto, carplay, back up camera, all the installation harnesses and a bracket. No brainer if you ask me.

I installed this head unit in my 2008 Tundra. Wireless CarPlay works great and the unit is as responsive as my iPhone. Would have given it 5 stars but one of the harness plugs (for the microphone) in the back didn’t “nest” in as deep as the other ones.
