5 stars, it's a no-brainer. Package arrived in only two days and the product came with all parts. Tested it out and everything works perfectly fine. I don't know what the others are talking about but this product is perfect for my project and I'm using it just fine.

These work fine as specified, but if you want to dim a LED with them, the fact that the PWM frequency is only 60 Hz is a little annoying because you may notice the flicker. If you're OK with surface-mount soldering, you can replace the provided 0.33 uF cap C1 (annoyingly, down in between two much larger parts) with a smaller one. I replaced C1 with a 10 nF cap and that gave me about 2 kHz PWM which is much better for LED dimming, in my opinion.
