These pads offer less padding than my 5mm yoga mat. They have zero cushioning and are actually harder than my mat. I would not recommend these if you are looking to cushion your hand or knees. I will be returning as they are not as advertised.

Now, do I use it every day..? Almost! I'm going to after this review.. The results are amazing. Really protects the knees.

I found these too hard and lacking any cushion. I was unable to use them for my hands.
