The "Inspire" planner line's design from Erin Condren is just spectacular -- I can't stop looking at it! Such vibrant colors and whimsical artsy brushstrokes.I got this for my sister to use in her 4th grade classroom and was impressed with how thick the pages are, despite it being a bound book (instead of EC's usual coil bound planners). It seems decently sturdy and has a lot of useful pages for teachers, but you could totally cover certain labels if you wanted to repurpose this Teacher Record Book for budgeting, chores, or other professions. The 7x9 size is practical to carry around, but I do wonder how it'll hold up since the cover isn't laminated or hard-backed.

I use a paper grade book to keep notes on my students’ use of class time. This not only offers a grade book, but many other features as well like charts, notes, a calendar, communication log, and more. It has enough sections (24 pages) for grades that I can even use this next year (I have 12 classes per year). The colors are beautiful and the pages are nice and thick. My only suggestion would be for it to be a spiral style book to make it easier to lay flat when open, but that is my only complaint. I was impressed with this handy little book!

This will be my first semester officially teaching, and I’m really excited to have this planner to help organize everything. The format is flexible, so I anticipate this being useful and easy to use. In addition to the usual class schedule, events and dates, “this book belongs to stuff”, there are a few basic sections with multiple pages:-Communication log: four pages with 32 lines per page-Graph paper section: four pagesStudent checklist for grades, permission slips, attendance, etc.: approximately half of the book-Blank lined paper pages: approximately half of the bookSince I’m not quite sure what to anticipate yet, the only thing I could imagine wanting in addition to what’s already in the book is a section where one can write a little bio or other info about each student. Something like that would’ve been nice so I could quickly look up things like birthdays, pronouns, and any other preferences or needs the student might have. Otherwise, this book is great! I particularly appreciate the water resistant plastic cover, so it doesn’t get messed up if you accidentally set it down on something wet.

I ordered the Erin Condren 7" x 9" Bound Teacher Record Book. This is a lightweight softbound journal in the beautiful Inspire print. Erin Condren is one of my favorite brands. She makes very high quality products that specialize in organization and productivity. This teacher record book is no different. It has thick 80 lb. weight paper, which is consistent throughout her product line. The paper is very smooth to write on. There are many pages of Student Checklists in this book, followed by many pages of blank lined pages.

Great homeschooling tool to track what your kids are accomplishing for the year. It's very helpful to keep you organized and on track as we'll as it works great as record keeping for proof of education.
