It was missing the wire harness for the back up camera and the steering wheel controls are not working but the company is working with me to fix this. Unfortunately, I had to return the head unit as the Amazon return date was closing in. I was afraid we might not get the camera and steering controls working in time.The representative from Rimoody was working diligently to resolve the issues, and I think he may have been able to get this working however, due to the Amazon return window closing I returned the unit before resolving the issue. We really liked it when it was working though but we still had not gotten the camera and steering wheel controls to work. The screen is great and simple to navigate.Just wanted to update this after using another brand, I wish I had kept this as it worked very well and I am sure the company would have found a solution to my steering wheel problems. In compression to what I now am stuck with this is a 5 star. Wish I still had it.
