Started using with work laptop and personal desktop, despite buying 3 monitor KVM, I just attached 2 monitors and it worked for a couple of days, then my work laptop started freeze and crashed couple of times which it never did. So seems like this KVM might have been the problem. I made a mistake of throwing away the box it came in as it was working well for 2 days, now I can't return it :(I don't know how to contact the seller for support.

Takes about 3 seconds for it to switch 2 24-inch monitors at 75hz. Love the corded button to keep the switch out of the way and the metal build is great! An awesome buy when on sale

Like the switching and three monitors hook-up. Well built unit.Dislike the fact that they say unit was checked at the factory but once hooked up at home, none of the USB ports were working.I ordered another on hoping everything works this time and will return defective unit for refund.The second unit arrived and works perfectly. Amazon has my return so everything went well.
