To The PointGreat Android stereo with a sharp display, solid features, and the OBD II integration is a game-changer.My OpinionThis ATOTOEXCEL A5L stereo is a solid upgrade, with a crisp 7-inch IPS touchscreen and smooth performance. Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto work flawlessly, and the 24-band EQ with DSP makes a noticeable difference in sound quality. But the real star is the OBD II integration—it’s super handy for monitoring real-time vehicle data. Installation was straightforward for a double DIN unit, and everything runs smoothly so far.My VerdictI’d give this 5 out of 5 stars for its sharp display, excellent connectivity, and the standout OBD II feature. A great buy for tech-savvy drivers.I hope this helps!Cheers,Straight Shooter

For $170 (price including coupon at the time of writing), you're not going to find a better head unit. 4 built-in speaker amp channels (~20W each), 4 RCA outputs + 1 subwoofer RCA out, very little noticeable distortion (especially for the price). Small (depth-wise) form factor allows it to fit pretty much anywhere. Wireless CarPlay works great (colour accuracy on the screen isn't perfect, but for the price, who cares). GPS antenna included as well, so if you leave your phone in your pocket, maps/navigation will continue working with high accuracy. Full 12-band EQ control, fade/balance, and subwoofer level control. None of the RCA outputs distort at maximum volume. The touchscreen is fairly responsive, and the buttons all work perfectly in all temperature conditions.Few minor drawbacks (though nothing major enough to not recommend). I couldn't get wired CarPlay working with the rear USB port, but wireless worked fine which I was happy enough with. If you rely on wired, I believe only the front USB port will work for that (unless it was just my unit that was not working correctly). There's no volume knob, only buttons, which in my car (1995 Buick Roadmaster) sit directly above a ledge - the radio is recessed an inch in the dash. This makes adjusting the volume (or skipping songs) while driving a little tricky. Knobs are always better than buttons, but the vast majority of CarPlay units only have buttons so I can't really fault this one in particular. The most irritating thing is the volume is linear, not logarithmic, so the first ~20 steps make a massive difference in volume while the last 20 barely make a difference at all. This kind of thing is really easy to get right - if the manufacturer is reading this, it could probably even be fixed in a software update. Again, for the price it's not a dealbreaker, just irritating to be wrong since it costs nothing to get it right in the first place.Overall a great budget stereo. There are better options for more money, but you're not going to beat this on value.

We have an old 2009 truck that we were happy to be able to switch out the radio for this ATOTOEXCEL A5L. Their are plenty of YT videos showing how to do the installation but i still thought it was beyond my knowledge so i got it professionally installed and i am happy i did. They did a great job and everything is installed and looks seamless. We added two more speakers from the original four and the sound is another level from the original setup. Much better sound separation and with the 7 inch screen actually watched a full movie on it and it was fun. It has given new life to our truck.Using maps is much better on this bigger screen. Plenty of other features that makes this system well worth it.Highly recommended

I got this for my truck and im real pleased with it, the little AI assistant it comes with is tricky to learn but once you figure out the commands its quite fun to use (I kept the user manual open for a week in my truck). The physical quality is real nice, theres no loose parts or anything that makes noise. The connects are real solid quality and the harnesses I had just clicked right into these no problem. I had it installed by a buddy and he didnt mention any issues nor did I see any when he was installing/setting it up.I have OEM bose speakers in my truck and with this deck it woke them up to how they should have come from factory... The sound is more rich, it sounds a bit more full and vehicle filling. The EQ adjustment in this is VAST so it allowed me to squeeze out a little bit more with that too and im about what the max these OEM speakers will do without jeopardizing sound quality.Theres quite a few settings to play with as well, it can take some time to set it all up (took me about 1hr) but got it setup just the way I wanted it and im happy with it.

So many features that I am overwhelmed. The SMX feature requires a Sirius Connect plugged in back and connected to an antenna.I have had lots of Antenna that constantly loose signal on my other radios.I bought the SiriusXM SXV300 Connect Tuner & Marine/RV Antenna (Shakespire) and have no disconnects since. The other challenge was the backup camera (it must be CVBS) and best 720P.If you want live rear view connect the power wire to the ACC and it will shut down when you turn off the car ignition. If you want LiveView while playing music, go to SXM first, they activate the rear camera. You will get music while viewing behind the vehicle but no radio control, so pick a good station.

My motorhome radio stopped working so i needed a radio that also had feed for a camera. I was pricing radios that were $1k and up. Well not only did this radio meet my expectations for the camera feed but the sound was unbelievable. Definitely a great buy!!
