長らくインテル派でしたが、Ryzenの高効率性に惚れ込み、一度は使ってみたいと思っていました。メーカーが違っても実際のパソコン操作に大きな変化が生まれるわけではないので、自作の際にソケットが違ってクーラーの取り付け方に試行錯誤するくらいです。爆速とはいえませんが、エンコードやゲームでも十分な処理能力で満足です。

I noticed the difference between how my computer worked with an intel cpu compared to this ryzen one right away.this ryzen cpu handles multitasking SO.MUCH.BETTER than my previous. When I had my intel i7 it really liked to prioritize certain things while putting others in the backburner. The most annoying thing it would do this to would be If im gaming it would prioritize games over streaming and audio (for VC mics and such). And for my art programs. Again, it would prioritize the art program, but not the recording/streaming software nor even my drawing tablet! It Really liked to focus on One Thing. It would run them dont get me wrong, but it clearly did not like it haha.>With this Ryzen its been doing fantastically running everything I want without prioritizing just one thing. People can hear me in streams clearly without my voice cutting out. I can hear myself in recording software now. I can even run an art program, a game, and browse sites/watch movies without the computer stuttering over the load.Shoulda made this switch ages ago. Live and learn as they say!>The cooler it comes with seems to be working well too. it /does/ run in a little loud sometimes but most of the time its quiet and temps are always stable as far as I've seen. The RGB feature isnt too shabby either. only needed to use one wire, didnt plug in the other, and used mystic light to sync colours with the tower.If I got another stick of RAM im confident I could reinstall and run GIS along side some of my other programs or quick games as well.

Purchased 2 for myself and my fiances new PCs. Both running very well. Hers is using the included Wraith Prism cooler which seems fine and she loves the RGB. Default fan curve is horrendous, but once adjusted runs a little warm but reasonably quiet. Mine has a Noctua D15 and runs very cool and inaudible.Performance and value for price paid is excellent. Alongside the 3600 this is still one of the best bang for buck around.Would recommend.

Works great! Installed on a gigabyte b450 aorus m, but I was a little skeptical when I first took the chip out of the packaging because there was 2 bent pins on the one corner, they were thankfully only slightly off so it was no problem to fix and popped in the slot no problem! Highly recommend booting the cpu fan cooler on low to avoid any kind of power surging until you have a fan setting arranged or you will be listening to the fan torque up ridiculously high every few seconds unless that was partly my BIOS not being up-to-date XD also, the chip ran high temp spikes (60 C) at first with no work load but was fixed with a BIOS update and adjustments to Smart Fan Settings and is now only running between 30-40 C on light workloads!

Hier voor had ik een i5 en ik wist niet zeker of ik voor een Intel i7 of voor AMD zou gaan. Toch de sprong gemaakt en ben zeer aangenaam verrast. Dit is een geweldige gaming-CPU! Ik zie niet eens de noodzaak in om dit ding te OC. Blijft koel, zelfs in turbo en tijdens het gamen. Ik speelde D2 in 4K, en deze CPU had slechts 35% belasting op alle 8 cores. Goed gedaan AMD, ik ben officieel een fan!

This CPU is a great choice for anybody looking for mid-to-high tier performance. It handles all of my video editing and gaming quite well. Perhaps an R9 model is relatively more powerful, but this CPU is already enough to run anything that I throw at it (meaning that the R9 would be a much better option if it can do things that the R7 CAN NOT, rather than IMPROVE on things that it CAN imo).If I could make the decision again, I'd buy the R7 over the R9 (due to the above reason) and over the R5 because I like the mental assurance I get from the R7 (meaning that I very possibly "should" have bought the R5 and saved my money and achieved about the same performance for my needs, but the R7 makes me feel happy so I don't care).The only "problem" that I have with it is that it makes my room HEAT UP. To clarify, it runs at around 78 degrees C for me under load-- which is FINE-- but god damn it makes me sweat. It's probably because I came from a weak CPU beforehand or my ventilation sucks, but I need to have AC on and a couple fans to not feel the burn. Hopefully this gets better in the winter. Also, I'd definitely recommend buying a CPU cooler for this CPU, as the stock cooler isn't very good. Even with my decent coolermaster hyper evo it runs just a few smidges under the acceptable maximum temperature (according to Google).tl;drGreat for the average consumer, but makes my room super hot. Might be because it's summer or my ventilation is bad.

I upgraded from intel I5-6500 so this was a huge upgrade for me.Comparable to Intel I9 9900 albeit slightly less performance in games (but more than you need today's games anyway). Apparently this CPU is better for multitasking, and it certainly does multitask well, NO issues with multiple applications open. It's probably overkill for anything you need right now but at this price better to future proof. Performs better than 3600 and about the same as 3800x at better price.*Update*Temps with the included stock cooler were too high for my comfort: 40-50C in windows with usual background processes running / up to 85c under gaming load. Also very loud.I changed to a deepcool 120mm V2 AIO and now idle 35-45C but never over 70 under load. Also much much quieter.Super happy now I temps are sorted.

This is honestly a really great product. Easy to install and runs at a pretty regulated temperature. I've had no issues despite running some pretty graphically intensive games. Good job AMD.The wraith fan that comes with this is a solid fan as well. The fan runs relatively quiet and is effective at circulating air, keeps my system pretty cool. Comes with RGB lighting that is controlled via software if you're more in it for the aesthetics.

Upgrading from Intel Core i3 4130 @ 3.4 Ghz (2c/4t) processor. Bought this on Amazon's Great Indian Festival for 28k (no offers though).I work on Visual Studio (Development) and a couple of VMs along with these the usual set of Chromium tabs & Spotify. Sometimes I do some video editing. Not into gaming much for that I have a Xbox One S which is quite ok for occasional/rare 1080p gaming.I was blown away by the performance difference, I mean I could feel the snappiness, the power while opening the apps or code compilation or maybe running local web projects. Also, it comes with an amazing Wrait Prism cooler.A little something about the cooler, this was something not expected in a stock cooler. This cooler has headers for which can be connected to the motherboard for controlling the LEDs, the cables are supplied with the cooler. The cooler has a lever system as the locking mechanism and requires a little pressure when it is installed.Specs -Motherboard - Gigabyte Aorus B550 Pro AC (Support for AMD 5000 series Processors)RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws V DDR4 8Gb 3200Mhz (F4-3200C16S-8GVKB) x 1 (would upgrade later)PSU - Corsair VS650WGPU - Gigabyte GeForce GT 710 2GB DDR5 (Perfectly splendid for display)The thing is, next gen AMD processors have been launched and this is an outdated product. Assuming the market trend in India, I believe it would be launched overpriced. Maybe a couple of months for the price to come down. So if you are not in a hurry then Iwait for the next gen, but I would like to say that this CPU is no slouch, it is meant for serious business. I bought this to replace a 4-core i5-6500 and the difference was night and day. Handles games really well. Is it the best and the fastest gaming CPU? No. Is it an affordable 8-core/16 thread CPU with solid performance and comes with an excellent cooler? Yes! I paired this CPU with an MSI Tomahawk Max B450 motherboard and I got an affordable and very well performing system. Very happy with my purchase.

first time got amd core, not a good one but usable one.was going far over my expectation! pretty surprised with performance.absolutely amazing core. although it has slight downfall with booting speed (which i am okay with.)i am using it with x570 gaming plus board from msi. originally recommened to use b450m board but i made myself a game up a bit there. works really well with that board! so make your self a room for x570 mother board if you are thinking 3rd gen ryzen cpu, it works like charm. well done amd.
