I have a pair ceramic valve faucets in the bathroom of a rental unit. Having replacement parts for replacement at home when things go wrong makes for a quick fix. Note that both hot and cold cartridges turn on with a counter clockwise turn. This kit is a good value, although the handles are plastic, so they will wear out faster.

Feels a little too light compared to the old ones or even new ones from the hardware store.Doesn’t really leave you with a good sense of peace of mind. Water damage from leaks could be devastating to a home owner so it’s probably best to stick with something a little heavier duty.
