I been wait for few days to get this so I can get my car up in running again but once I got the alternator the the plug on the voltage regulator was broken to pieces and I’m so disappointed

I ordered the part, it came damaged. The box and the accelerator. Sent it back, ordered 2nd one. Seriously it came damaaged. Not sure what to say.

The alternator came with very bad condition, the socket cracked, plastic messed everywhere in the box, I booked the mechanic came to my house end up we cannot install it and we need to pay the traveling expenses to the mechanic

Alternator went out, bought this for $200 less than what was at AutoZone and O'Reilly's. It fit my 2015 GL550 and is working fine 2 months in.
