Vehicle Fit:
This model features 10.1" display and double DIN adaptive head unit cases. The head unit case measures 170mm * 95mm * 36mm and the 10.1" screen measures 258mm x 160mm. Fits most vehicles with standard double DIN dash opening On some vehicles, the end of the 10.1 inch display can block air vents, emergency switches, or other buttons around the double DIN opening which can cause inconvenience. Please make sure you have no such issues, or you can accept it. In addition, IAH10D style (integration of 10.1" displays and adaptive head units) can be used in conjunction with YO-FUNG vehicle-specific installation dash kits (wire harness, data interface, and mounting kit) to achieve a more integrated OEM factory - style look. Over 200 vehicle models have the opportunity to complete the OEM factory style installation.

Compared to S8 Gen1 (produced before January 2021), the S8 Gen2 provides up to 4 options for internet access.
(1) 2.Connect to your phone's hotspot via WiFi.

(3) Use phone data via USB network tethering function (ATOTO unique function).EasyConnect app required).
(4)With the built-in 4G cellular modem, users can insert a SIM card including data plan for internet access. This option is only available for S8 Pro, S8 Ultra, and S8 UltraPlus. No high bandwidth (less than 200kb/s) is needed to run online maps or stream music online in your Android car stereo. Bluetooth tethering connection can meet such requirements.
Dual Bluetooth inside allows you to connect up to 3 devices simultaneously (1 for audio and 2 for data transmission). After 5 months the screen has issues and volume randomly increases.The screen flickers fairly constantly and now the volume randomly starts increasing to max volume.Pretty unimpressed by the short life of my unit.

I was hoping to find a head unit with balance of features, performance and sound quality for my 2011 Toyota Sienna. After careful research, this Atoto S8 Premium (S8G2114PM) fits my requirements. And to my surprise, I feel like I hit the jackpot. I bought this unit along with their wireless remote and backup camera (AC-44F5 / AC-HD03LR) and all the necessary wiring harness and dash kit.Installation was straight forward, given that you know what you're doing and a little modification of the dash kit. The Qled screen is so bright and crisp even on sunny days. After hard boot up, this unit turns on instantly every time. Sound quality is so amazing especially after some adjustments in equalization and time correction. The clarity of the sounds gives so much definition to the music that you can hear every instrument especially drums and guitars. The built-in amplifier produces clean and precise sound with enough power that my factory speakers are sounding like premium ones.Being an android unit, you can customize it to your heart's content with various launcher to choose from. I'm using CarWebGuru for launcher as it has tons of customization to fully personalize its look. I recommend connecting it to your hotspot and run apps directly from the unit as it sounds better when streaming music especially at the highest quality rather than through Bluetooth, as andoid itself meant to have internet connection to experience its full functionality. NOTE: Turn ON your hotspot before the unit for instant connection.The optional products from Atoto for this unit are a must have since it enhances the functionality of it and looking more like factory unit especially the backup camera for its virtual surround view. Looking forward on getting their other option namely dashcam, TPMS and bluetooth OBDII reader.Thank you Atoto for producing well designed and functional products that are no gimmicks but simply work. I don't usually write reviews but I'm so impressed with this product for its features and performance that it keeps me excited to listen for serious music each time I step into the car and still get the same feeling 4 months after. Support is great whether technical issues or firmware/software updates for bug fixes and improvements that I got 3 updates already. Thanks Lavender for your help and assistance for all of my questions and concerns. Keep up the great products you are producing.Sorry for this lengthy review as I can't seem to control my excitement.

Pro.- 10" screen is beautiful- Sound very good with lots of features to adjusting the sound.- Many features in units as descriptions- Wireless Apple Carplay & Android auto (have not used).- Upgrade my car for Apple Carplay, (GPS) BT calling, dashcam and backup camera. Installation was easy enough if you handy.- Great support from Atoto customer by email for most issues.- Pre-wire for steeling control without buying extra interface (limited to year or model of your car)Con.- Instruction in the manual or website is confusing and could be misleading. example the model of backup camera can stay on while driving was not specify and have to modified the wire to make it work if order wrong model.- Connection to wireless Apple Carplay is very slow and needed to reset S8 unit every 10-15 days- Connecting unit to phone for internet not working or confusing, still have not able to connected , since my focus was only for BT calling, GPS Apple carplay and backup cam. I give up on internet (WI-FI work fine when you are home)- Screw mounting the back of the screen is VERY SMALL and very hard to mount and had drop and lose few screw, only 2 extra was given (Support tell me pickup extra screw from local hardware store but give me the wrong size M5X8mm) I'm still waiting from Atoto to sent me few extra. I think is M2 or M2.5X6mm- Not easy to remove the screen once installed without losing more screws - Bad design- Not a quick detachment design.

Installed this on our 2015 Toyota Sienna and it looks awesome. Im glad I went for the large screen as it fit great and doesn't overwhelm the space. One review said the processor couldn't handle the large screen, but that was not the case for me. The UI is buttery smooth. The unit turns on after about 2 seconds and after 2 weeks I have yet to have a full ~20s boot other than when plugging it in for the first time.Install was a bit tricky to find the correct harnesss for our car. I ended up finding a kit from CRUX to maintain our JBL amplifier and speakers. With that, not a single wire in the car needed to be cut.My only complaint is that the reverse cam doesn't stay on for a few seconds after going into drive. This was a nice feature of our BMW that was helpful in 3pt turns and parallel parking.Wireless carplay is really nice! Music keeps playing when you exit carplay to look at other apps on the head unit.I did install the dash cam and reverse cam and the integration works well.
