It is as if they took the frame for a 3/4 inch pully wheel, and put the 1/4 inch wheel in it. What this means, is when you are using 1/4 inch rope, it comes off the pully wheel, and jams down one side or the other on the axel. Makes this fairly useless, unless there is tension on the rope at all times.
