My dog loved this but it stops dispensing after only going through about 2/3 of the amount in the tank. No idea why it just decides it done but was quite disappointed and so was my dog!

Doesn't turn anymore and when it did it was inconsistent. Missed the return window since we only tried it for the first time two weeks after we purchased.Save you money, don't purchase this product.

Sometimes it works fine, other times it jams constantly. I put small dog kibble in it and it jams up. The button also dies so quickly if left on but not being used. Every time I go to get my dog to use it I find it dead. Also, the button is SUPER sensitive. Just setting it down triggers it and the machine goes off. If this were a less expensive toy I might rate it higher but for the price I paid I was expecting better quality.

I was so excited to try this Dog Puzzle Feeder Toy for enrichment, but it was a huge disappointment. Right out of the box, it dispensed three small kibbles and then stopped working entirely. I tried multiple types of kibble, including small cat-sized kibble, but the results were the same. The product just didn’t function as advertised. The idea behind it is great, but unfortunately, the execution fell short. I ended up returning it, which was really frustrating after being so excited to use it. I wouldn’t recommend this product based on my experience.

I was excited to try out this treat dispenser for my dogs, hoping it would make training fun and interactive. While the concept is great, there are a few things to note. First, it works best with small treats—anything too big, like dog kibble, just gets stuck. The remote is a nice feature, and I can control it from another room, but the range isn’t as long as advertised. One downside is that the dispenser is a bit lightweight, so if my dogs get too excited, they can knock it over and spill the treats. Also, it’s not really a "puzzle" feeder—more of a simple button that dispenses treats, which is great for mental stimulation but not as challenging as I had hoped. I’ve had some occasional jamming issues, especially with the smaller kibble, and I’ve had to give it some attention to keep it working. Overall, it does the job, but it could be better, especially for the price. For small dogs or as a training tool, it’s a fun addition, but don’t expect it to replace a full feeder.

Keeps jamming so it needs constant attention. If that wasn't an issue, it would be great.

The function is inconsistent at best, even when the button is within a foot of the dispenser. I bought this to replace another dispenser in which the motor burned out after 2 years of use. I decided to try this unit because I liked the top-fill design. Should have stuck with the original.

Pros:Interactive IQ Training: This treat dispenser is a great way to keep my dog mentally stimulated. It requires my dog to press a button to dispense treats, which keeps her entertained and challenged. It’s perfect for providing mental exercise, especially for high-energy dogs.Large Capacity: The 400ml treat capacity is convenient, allowing me to fill it up and let my dog play without constantly refilling. It’s perfect for keeping her occupied for extended periods.Rechargeable: The rechargeable feature is very convenient, eliminating the need for constant battery replacement. A single charge lasts for multiple uses, which makes it hassle-free.Sturdy Build: The dispenser and button are both well-made and durable. My dog can be rough with her toys, but this one has held up well to chewing and pawing. The plastic is tough, which gives me confidence in its longevity.Encourages Independence: This puzzle feeder encourages independent play, which is great when I need my dog to entertain herself. It’s a helpful way to keep her busy while I work from home or am occupied with other tasks.Cons:Button Sensitivity: The button can be a bit challenging for my dog to press effectively. It sometimes requires more pressure than expected, which can frustrate my dog. A more sensitive button would make the toy more accessible, especially for smaller or less persistent dogs.Treat Size Limitation: The dispenser works best with smaller treats. Larger treats can sometimes get stuck, making it less reliable. I had to experiment with different treat sizes to find one that worked consistently without jamming.Learning Curve: There is a bit of a learning curve for dogs to figure out how to use it. My dog eventually got the hang of it, but it required some guidance and positive reinforcement at first. It might not be as suitable for very young puppies or dogs that easily get frustrated.Bottom Line: The PETNF Dog Treat Dispenser is a fun, engaging puzzle feeder that provides mental stimulation and encourages independent play. The large capacity and sturdy build are great features, though the button sensitivity could be improved for ease of use. Overall, it’s a great choice for pet owners looking to challenge their dog’s mind while rewarding them with treats.

This dog treat dispenser is an interactive enrichment toy that stimulates the mind well, giving the dog a task to complete to retrieve their treat. I like that when not in use this toy can come together to become one unit and is portable with the handle. The dish inside the base can be pulled out for the dispensed food/treats but can also be pulled put entirely, making it easy to clean and is easy /to push back in once dry. The button component is removable from the top and can be placed wherever so long as it's within 98.4 ft. There's even a clear suction included for those who may want to mount the button. The silicone rim around the button can be removed as well but functions well to hold the button in place. The capacity of the toy is quite large, it can fill up to 400mL of food/treats. Both the button and the main dispenser require charging but their charge holds for a decent amount of time. I like that the toy works and the button makes the dispenser release a few treats into the tray. This toy can be used by most dogs but the tray isn't the largest so it may not be ideal for large breeds. The main thing I didn't like about this dispenser toy are the sounds, they're very noisy and my dog is afraid of them. I wish there was an option to use the toy without all the sounds.
