Display issues from both desktop and laptop. Frequently doesn't register display inputs, have to reset the device, power on/off, etc. Currently completely stopped displaying via USB-C from laptop when connected, display manager in Windows shows a second display there but cannot output display to it.

Very unhappy that, although 2 monitors work great on my laptop with the C port, my computer only detects 1 monitor with HDMI connections. Drivers are updated, and I've spent many hours troubleshooting to no avail. Very disappointed and I waited too long to return. Ugh!

Excellent Product. I initially bought a no-name KVM, and it doesn't work. The cheapest brand name is $400+, then I saw this. Had to use the supplied cable in order to work. After that, it is a breeze. My previous setup was a Targus dock connect to $20 KVM. It works only when the Mac is asleep otherwise I have to keep opening the cover and wiggle here and there. This unit does not have any of the problems, it just work. The only problem is the Ethernet only works on the Mac, my BeeLink SER5 does not recognize it, I have to use a separate switch for the Beelink.

J'utilise ce KVM pour basculer entre mon PC gaming et le laptop du travail avec 2 écrans et une panoplie d'appareil usb (keyboard, mouse, headset, caméra). Le laptop est branché par USB-C et le PC par hdmi/dp et le basculement entre les 2 se fait très rapidement (1s/1.5s).L'appareil semble d'exellente qualité, en métal.Le seul problème que j'ai est le chargement du laptop est insuffisante à 100 watts, j'aurais besoin de 130 pour un Dell precision 3591 et je trouve ça un peu bizarre qu'une source d'alimentation supplémentaire USB-C doit être branchée au KVM pour le chargement par USB.

While switch speed is sometimes slow, it is not hampering it's function to switch from my desktop to laptop (and vice versa). It may be on a pricey side but it is worth your buck as it performs its function as intended.It is also easy to setup as the manual provided a very informational illustration on how to setup the KVM switch.Overall, it is an excellent device that solves my need on a home office setup.

Works with laptop and desktop so you can share monitors...BUT there are a couple things to know....1)Expensive for a KVM because it delivers power to laptop via USB-C. There are cheaper options but you need to plug power directly into laptop.2) No hotkey to switch computers...its a basic feature but manufacture (AV Access) cripples this feature to sell high end KVMs in their lineup... That sucks! If you switch often its a deal breaker!!3) You need BOTH htmi and Display port (DP) cables to get 2 monitors working from desktop. Cables are included but this is not obvious and a common problem.

Arrived fast and works well. Helped me to really clean up my work from home setup so I didn't have to dismantle it every other day and also didn't need to clutter my desk with multiple peripherals. It is pricey but a very complex little device and is nicely made.I had a slight issue, or so I thought, where the monitor A output doesn't output from my desktop. However, Kevin from the AVAccess team helped me to understand that monitor B can function with either desktop input but monitor A requires both HDMI and DP cables from the desktop to be plugged in to function. This is something to be aware of if your desktop graphics card lacks both ports. For me, the simpler solution was to just use monitor B as I like to have my desktop DP plugged directly into the monitor for full performance when gaming.

I purchased this item based on reviews. Some ports stopped working just as the return window closed. Risky purchase. Wouldn't purchase again.

The device works quite well, although sometimes the second monitor does not come on, press the on and off button and then it does, but it is annoying.The laptop charger is not included in the package and the device can't provide power to the laptop. My laptop comes with a proprietary plug for charging, so I can't use it here, I need to buy a separate 65W charger. All of this was in the description of the product so I guess it was my choice to still buy it, but I find the decision to create this product this way to be strange.

Excellent KVM switch/dock that delivers on all fronts. Seamlessly handles my Linux PC (Debian) and Dell laptop (Windows 11) setup, maintaining 4K@60Hz resolution across both devices. The switching is instant with no display glitches, even after sleep mode. Build quality is solid, and all connections are stable.Setup was straightforward, and it works flawlessly with my keyboard, mouse, audio interface, web camera and 4K monitor. Only minor adjustment needed was getting a longer USB-C cable for my specific desk layout. If you need a reliable KVM switch for a high-resolution multi-device setup, this one's a perfect choice.

Works exactly as described, can plug in usb-c laptop and use as dock with charging and switch between that and a desktop. Highly recommend.

I don't typically write reviews unless I'm extremely impressed or very upset. In this case, I was very happy with the KVM switch/dock and even more blown away by the customer service. I ordered the KVM on Wednesday and got it Friday. I was upset to find that after I hooked everything up, the power didn't work on the KVM. I immediately reached out to customer service Friday night, spoke to Johnny, and was very happy with the support. After explaining that I tested the outlet so I know it works, and everything was hooked up correctly, he immediately put in a request to have my KVM replaced. Johnny proactively followed up on Monday telling me my replacement was on its way. I received the replacement Wednesday morning and it works beautifully!! Thank you Johnny for the excellent support!This unit accomplishes exactly what I was hoping for. It's easy to set up, and allows me to dock my work laptop and connect my personal desktop at the same time. The quality is excellent, and I can switch between the two PC's with the click of a button. It switches fast, and I can use the same keyboard, mouse, monitors, etc. without having to unplug and plug things in anymore! To top it off, my laptop charges while I'm switched to the desktop. I would HIGHLY recommend this product if it fits your needs, would absolutely buy more products from this company because I know the quality is there, and just as importantly, they strive for 100% satisfaction!
