You get what you pay for. Not a polished product in terms of integration and the assembly instructions are non existent but in the end, the climate system worked, the knobs and buttons on the climate control head worked, backup camera worked, Apple carplay works and the fit and finish and colour/texture match on the panel are great.Getting the climate head of the existing trim off was a huge pain in the ass as the knobs don't come off easy as many have mentioned. Also I couldn't get my park assist to beep when I got close to something. The steering wheel controls are reversed on the left side and I can't find the setting to resolve this. Be sure to follow the wiring diagram on the Amazon ad.Overall, I would say this is great value, and I am ok with the compromises.

( pour un ram Classic 2019 avec a/c automatique) le son sera toujours aussi mauvais mais vos contrĂŽles de chauffage vont fonctionner)3 mars 2025 Ă je corrige mon Ă©valuation Ă 1 Ă©toiles. La radio ne fonctionne plus du tout. Jâai fais un reset mais plus aucune commande de vĂ©hicule ne fonctionne. Le bezel est mal ajustĂ©. Les boutons collent. Je nâai plus accĂšs aux rĂ©glages de chauffage du vĂ©hiculeCette radio est jolie mais de mauvaise qualitĂ©. Je vais devoir remettre lâoriginal. QualitĂ© sonore trĂšs mauvaise.- ArrivĂ©e rapidement. AchetĂ©e pour un ram Classic 2019 afin de rĂ©gler un problĂšme de tension parasites avec la radio OEM. TrĂšs simple Ă installer malgrĂ© lâabsence dâinstruction. Le fini du bezel fait un peu bas de gamme mais lâajustement est parfait. QualitĂ© sonore moyenne. Perte de certains rĂ©glages de la clim et chauffage. CamĂ©ra dâorigine fonctionne en branchant ensemble les deux fil jaune « cam » derriĂšre la radio. Son du micro correct. QualitĂ© de lâĂ©cran correct. RĂ©actif et clair. Pour le prix, dur de sâen plaindre quand on pense quâailleurs, juste le filage et le bezel se vendent 600$. Pour 200$ on a tout. CarPlay sans fils fonctionne bien et assez rapide. Dans lâensemble câest un bon choix versus la radio dâorigine Ă plus de 2000$

What can I say. Definitely no instructions. Prior knowledge got me threw install tho a few bugs to work out. Works well. Back up camera is grainy and laggy compared to uconect stock. Music lags in Bluetooth at times if I'm running other things. Tried to get help from customer service for amp wire. There is 2 I ended up just running one to fuse box as I couldn't get amp to turn on. Install in 2020 ram warlock ( classic) plug and play for most part. Sounds good looks good. Glare while wearing polarized Oakley's so recommend screen protector to reduce glare. 12 bucks. Definitely recommend watching YouTube videos for removing volume and fan buttons. Would recommend. But needs some fixes and better instructions for troubleshooting. Update there is also a big while Bluetooth is connected it closes the keyboard on my phone constantly as well as won't let me use camera phone while connected. Same with while on tiktok or snap chat. Weird. Still no word from company after they offered me refund.
