TL;DR: Great fit and installation, fantastic customer service—5 stars! For $150, this unit is a great budget option, especially compared to the $600–$1,000 units I was considering. While it has its flaws, it works well enough for what I need, and the price definitely offsets the negatives. The apps, Bluetooth, and Android Auto all function fine, though setting up the apps requires some trial and error since there’s no guidance.I really wanted to give this product 5 stars, but after using it in my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sport Utility, I can’t quite justify it. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:5 Stars for Customer Service:The customer service was excellent. They responded within 24 hours with detailed answers to my questions, including pictures and a PDF of the user manual. They gave clear and easy to understand instructions and were very helpful.5 Stars for Installation:The head unit fit perfectly—no cutting or adapters needed. Installation was a breeze, and the fit is spot-on. See the pictures for reference.4.5 Stars for the Hookup:It’s mostly plug-and-play, but I had an issue with the sound. The unit has two plugs: one for the Alpine sub setup and one for the regular setup. The plugs are unlabeled, and I accidentally used the Alpine plug, which resulted in no sound from the front speakers. Once I swapped the plug, the sound worked across all speakers. I to buy a separate USB retention cable to keep using my factory USB port in the center console.1 Star for Voice Recognition and Hands-Free:There is no voice recognition and hands-free features except for when using zLink5.3 Stars for Steering Wheel Controls (SWC):Expectation: The SWC would work exactly like UConnect. Reality: It doesn't. I can change radio stations and adjust volume but, there is a lag. I can’t answer or hang up phone calls.0 Stars for USB Device Recognition:The biggest disappointment—this unit doesn't recognize my iPod Touch or iPad via USB, though it will connect via Bluetooth. However, it won’t play music or videos. This was almost a deal-breaker for me. I ended up using an old SSD with my music, but there's no way to search specific albums while driving. You’d have to stop and search through the head unit manually.1 Star for the User Manual:The manual is glossy and looks nice, but it’s so small that it’s hard to read, and it lacks useful information. I had to reach out to customer service multiple times for help.

Great upgrade to the old truck. CarPlay works great. Sound is a bit bass. Good value.

This unit was a direct plug and play; it was almost too easy! Once installed the wireless car play was seamless. No bugs or glitches, it connects to Wi-Fi (my hot spot) and you can use the apps on the android side flawlessly! Only things that I encountered that were slightly troublesome were the Wi-Fi and car play clashing when using the same phone for both (I just turned one off to use the other) and the Bluetooth volume is slightly lower. Those two things however do not effect the overall usability of the unit

Would rather give a 4.5/5 if I could. Installation is a bit involved, and instructions could be better, but overall it's quite straight forward and connect A to A and B to B. Only problem I found was that the cable to the rear back up camera is too short. I had to splice another section of wiring. For reference, my vehicle is a 2015 Grand Caravan. Sound EQ seems to be very high on the bass when playing bluetooth, so I adjusted it to lowest setting manually in my phone's music player settings.

Clunky user interface. Sound is muddy. Bought it for the plug and play but throws error codes. Hands free was completely unusable.Completely stopped working 3rd drive. Just buy one of the big brands

It looks great, works great for the most part.... Except 70% of the time it has no sound on start up. Everything links up with Bluetooth and displays but no sound. Switch to radio and still no sound. So now every time it has no sound, I have to hit the reset button and let it reboot to get sound. By the time it reboots, im at work so half the time I just drive in silence. It's a shame because it looks great in my truck.

Plug and play. Its works well. I think it's a good value. The vehicle isn't driven daily so after a month of it sitting it takes the radio a minute to boot up. I've read it's common on the android based radios. Owners manual is garbage. It's settings are a little involved. You need to be somewhat knowledgeable to download, update, and adjust everything. You have your android settings and the operating system settings. Not all android radios are the same. Look at the audio chipset, memory (64 or better), and processing speed (faster is better). 4g compatibility is good too if you have a sim for it. It has its own version of android auto (Z link) which has to use Bluetooth AND wifi on your phone. I haven't figured out how to run it only on the USB cable yet.

I wanted to update the basic factory head unit on my 2010 Dodge Caravan to use Android Auto and add a backup camera and this met my requirements at an ideal price, so much so that I bought a second for my wife. The package comes with everything needed for a plug and play install. Overall happy. If lasts for a few years I'll definitely have got good value.

Perfect fit replacement of factory radio. No other trim needed for 2012 ram Express.Needed to watch a few YouTube videos to find out how to remove the dash panels.Instructions for installation are horrible. Only a couple wiring diagram images. No real instructions on step by step but was simple enough to figure out after getting familiar with the equipment.

Bought this for my 2016 JKU wrangler. Install was easy, everything hooked up well, nice bright screen everything worked no issues. This has wireless android auto and it synced up to my Google phone no issues. No issues with anything other than the amount of bass that this was kicking out. I’m pretty sure I had everything hooked up right, but the sound this thing put out was so bass heavy. . The radio uses one eq, the blue tooth another one, and the android auto uses another one. I tried each equalizer to tune it out but couldn’t get it right so I returned it.
