For the first two months it worked perfectly, but then it started glitching and it no longer turns on. I already disassembled it to see the connections and the fuse, as well already try the factory reset button and nothing

Huge upgrade to a honda civic 2012, has car play using zlink app (it comes with it) good sound quality, nice screen size and overall for the price it is a good buy

Installation went great but when i went to set up the steer wheel controls only the bottom left 3 buttons on my steering wheel would let me sync to the display to use for controls… tried reaching out to customer support and havent heard anything. Great buy if you do not have steering wheel controls

Had issues with the radio in 2022 but company was very responsive and they immediately sent me a new unit. Till this day, I haven’t had any issues with the unit and it works flawlessly.

This would be a 5 star review except for the lack of installation instructions. Yes, it is "plug and play", but I had to resort to YouTube for the canbus and suggestions on the GPS antenna install location. Both seem obvious after YouTube, but a simple one page speaking to both would've made the installation piece smoother. That said, once installed, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of features. At this price point, I can't imagine a better upgrade from factory. Time will tell how it holds up, but couldn't be more pleased at this point.

Ordered this head unit for my Honda. I was super impressed when I received my new aftermarket head unit. Great looking display, easy install, good price. The only issue I have with this unit is it makes my car look soo nice now my wife wants to start driving it more!

This is an honest review of this stereo. I wanted this to work so badly. The unit is pretty nice looking and it fit pretty well. The only downside to the appearance is that it is black instead of the factory grey so it stands out that way, but it could definitely be forgiven if it worked properly. Installing the unit was very easy, mostly plug and play, however it did not work 100% as it is advertised to. I connected everything as per the instructions. I plugged in all the connectors that came with the harness, it left 3 of the factory connectors not connected. This is usually not an issue. I've installed several stereos in the past and there are often connectors that do not get used. The stereo booted up quite quickly and looked pretty promising. The audio worked right away and sounded pretty good. No complaints there. It has a lot of settings to play with to customize everything which is nice. I went through every setting including the special menus. First thing I tried to do was configure the steering wheel controls. Out of the box they did not work so I tried changing the CANBUS setting in the menu, couldn't get them to work. Tried connecting the KEY1 and KEY2 wires and still no luck. Other issues that I came across were the side buttons not lighting up and the illumination from the vehicle was not working so turning the headlights on did not dim the stereo as it should. I did not test anything else beyond that point because those were deal breakers for me. I left everything apart for 5 days waiting for customer service to help me and no luck. I sent them an email and they responded quite quickly with their very basic and incorrect instructions for getting the steering wheel controls to work, but having already read through all the included instructions and every single thing I could find online, they didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. They asked me for pictures so I sent them and that was the end of our conversation. I emailed them nearly a dozen times over 5 days, stayed up late at night waiting for their response, and nothing! Completely ghosted by them. I can't say for sure that I don't have a defective unit since they claim it should work and it doesn't but since they wouldn't provide any support, there wasn't much I could do. Trust me when I say I tried every setting and combination possible to get this to work. Very frustrating. At the end of the day though, if the steering wheel controls worked, the side buttons lit up (would be impossible to see them at night) and the screen automatically dimmed when the headlights went on, this would be a decent stereo and 5 stars for the price. It was a little slow for running any apps and the resolution wasn't great, but good at that price point. I was impressed with the responsiveness of the touchscreen as well. Could have been great.

This is truly plug and play. It fits perfectly for my Honda Civic 2012. I've been using it now for a week and so far so good. I will definitely recommend it if you want to upgrade your radio.

Very easy to install, comes with all plugs, antenna adapter. Only downfall was it didn't come with a backup camera. The instructions for the canbus was unclear, but got a response right away from the seller.Installed in my son 2012 Honda Civic. He loves it.

A touchscreen Android system is something I’ve wanted to install in my car for ages, but buying one that will actually fit your exact make and model of car can be really difficult, and that doesn’t even include the whole process to install it. Before you buy, make sure you get the right measurements for the system you want and compare them against the measurements in your car. If you’re not sure if it will fit (sometimes the size may be right but the shape may be wrong, for example) I would definitely recommend contacting a professional to get some help finding the right model.This head unit advertises itself as being designed for a Honda Civic (2012-2015) but it seems like it will also fit several other kinds of cars, including mine, you just need to get a different trim kit. So in essence what you're getting here is a Double Din head unit and the appropriate trim kit for a Honda Civic. Knowing this, I took it. Actually installing it is still a pretty complicated job if you’re not good with cars, so I took mine to a garage to have someone install it correctly.The system is very smooth and easy to work with, running Android 10 and designed to be used with a car, which means it has large icons that are easy to select and the pre-installed apps are all basic ones for use while driving, such as maps, music, etc. You can connect your phone to the system via Bluetooth and play any music you want off of it, or you can set up a wi-fi connection (either using your phone as a hotspot or through some other means) and then just use the system to watch movies, stream music, or even play games. Obviously you should never do those things WHILE DRIVING, but if you have a long trip ahead of you and a passenger in the front seat they can easily navigate various apps to keep things entertaining.One of the great things about these kinds of android systems is that you can build on them in the future. For example I own a rear view camera already so I can just plug that in and it can display the rear view camera on the screen anytime I am reversing. You can also download any app that you would find on the Android app store, including ones that are designed to make it easier to make hands-free calls while driving, or connect to music streaming services or even AM/FM radio.Overall I’m thrilled to finally have this system installed in my car, it’s a big improvement over the basic radio that came with my car and it’s extremely easy to use.
