If you bought three of these and stacked them on top of each other, you might get to the 1/2 inch thickness advertised. Scam product, don't waste your money.

This is not even 3mm, let alone half an inch! Ridiculous waste of time and false advertising. Very disappointing! Luckily opened the pack before return window elapsed.

Firstly, they mentioned a knee pad in the description, but it was missing. Also, the item itself is of inferior quality; the material is very bad. It's not even a yoga mat; it's just a sponge. A sponge of this quality would cost one or two dollars. I don't recommend it at all; just don't waste your money and time.

Estuve pensando muy bien en cual elegir entre todos los que te ofrece Amazon, y me decidí por este, esta bastante grueso, no se siente el suelo y en mi caso si trae el tapete aparte para las rodillas y el aditamento para transportarlo, la verdad una excelente calidad, si llega al 1.2 cm (o 1/2 pulgada) de grueso por lo que es bastante cómodo, lo utilizo yo y mi hijo para jugar, le gusto bastante la comodidad que tiene

Comfortable, lightweight, soft and thick enough Yoga mat.I have pain in my knee and I tried couple of expensive Yoga mats and non of were as comfy as this mat and it’s knee pad. The thickness of this mat is ideal for my exercises and helps protect my knees painless!Fair price and excellent quality which made me satisfied.

It is durable and is comfortable to use on hardwood! I would recommend it to anyone with hard floors and it does not leave any imprints. Also, the straps make it easy to store and is super convenient!

This is the best yoga mat I’ve ever had! It’s so comfy and easy to roll up and store! I love the extra piece it comes with, you can use it as a pillow or under your knees for extra support. I can’t get over how thick and comfortable it is! You don’t be disappointed and it’s very affordable.

Perfect mat for exercising and doing yoga after my spinal cord surgery. I recommend to anyone who is looking for comfort, softness and thickness. Mine came with a separate piece, I assume, to be used as a pillow? Very useful. Good length.

The new GoYoga+ is a welcome upgrade and definitely a big step up from the regular GoYoga mats.The mat is thick, soft, and comfortable. It allows me to perform all kinds of floor exercises without any pain at all due to the hard flooring. It is long enough for an adult person and does leave any imprints despite having been used over several months. It always goes back to its shape and looks nearly new each time. With the provided straps, it is easy to store as well.I would say the mat is probably too thick for yoga, however, as it can be difficult to keep proper balance due to the thickness.

Just received my mat yesterday and it was delivered right on time as scheduled. I had my first opportunity to use it today and what a relief for my knees. Super soft and just the right thickness. I have a number of yoga mats at home but they just do not do the trick for a barre / pilates session. This mat is exactly what I needed.I did not need to use the knee pad today but anticipate it will make burpees and planks easier on my wrists as I find doing them on a mat challenging.The color is nice and bright and there is no odor with my brand new mat. Thanks so much for getting this to me so fast!

I was looking for something at a lower price point to use for home exercises during this pandemic and chose this one based on reviews. I was a little bit worried about the quality based on the lower price point in comparison to other mats, but as I didn't want to spend a lot because I was unsure how long I would use it, but it's GREAT quality! It's thick and cushy, which is great for my lower back issues, but not too poofy that it affects my balance when standing/doing standing exercises. Really happy!
