Unfortunately, product was defective out of the box. Despite several attempts to contact supplier/manufacturer regarding the issue (through Amazon link,) never received a reply. Basically a rechargeable doorstop. Best to buy something else; in past I have had good results with Retevis products, which have similar pricing and features.

Got as a gift from my amazon wish list 1 radio mic don't work no support don't buy waste of money ...if I plugged in my wired headset mic would then work so it's a bad mic in radio ...sellers a joke wouldn't do anything for the person who got them for me ...

Got these for my bf as a xmas present we got the pair tried everything however one of the radios will not transmit at all to say the least I'm a little irritated cause he was really looking forward to these for all our outdoor adventures

I bought this equipment so I could use it for short distance communication on UHF and VHF mobile unfortunately some of the programming features on this radio Are many. Without a paper copy of each one of the menus in order of operation for programming these items it makes it very difficult. I believe it should come in with the manual. Also, the cable to connect the handheld to the laptop should also be included with each Radio as they do not have a standard plug And they do require a chip for this cord. That is my only complaint but enough of a complaint to not recommend it highly
