Goes together without a hitch, my bypass thankfully was not stuck open, yet I dont know how weak the spring was and if it bypassed under pressure. I installed a 6.0 cooler upgrade, and wanted to make sure it was definitely not bypassed. This kit did the trick, little pricey for 2 spacers and crush washers, yet time is money, not gonna quibble over $10 bucks here and there to get project done

My truck started overheating throwing out transmission fluid and I thought I needed a new transmission. I research the possibilities online and found the bypass being stuck could be the cause. I had a hard time matching up the set for my truck and this was it. No more issues after install. This product saved me some serious money!

Our F350 transmission got screaming hot while towing our boat up to 6000’. Some research led me to this product. Ordered, installed, and made the same run with very different results. Fan on the engine screamed on the second run telling me the coolers were actually working. This does what it should. Simple install. Don’t forget the line wrenches. Combine with a Mishimoto enlarged trans cooler for best results.
