If you have any weight at all……just wait till your love has to use this seat!! It is painful, to say the least!! I got sores on BOTH SIDE OF MY LEGS!!

The black seat fasten to toilet seat and flip up closest to skin. It hurts after a few minutes to you. It is not good and have to take off completely.

This is no Joke! I searched endlessly for an adequate, adjustable cushion for people with "butt lesions" caused by sitting too long on various types of chairs and couches. Nothing in the seat cushion or auto seat cushion pages seemed to work well because my condition is primarily on one side, which is typical of this medical problem. I envisioned a flexible cushion shaped like an elongated toilet seat, with an open end, not dreaming that one or more existed under toilet seat covers. But I looked them up and found exactly what I was looking for. I ordered one and it proved to be my best solution for reduced pain due to this type of serious lesion condition. This is a winner!
