Top notch leather quality. I have a thousand shots with mine and the shiny face looks pretty much new except for the curling that has occurred. I think the brass is overkill now, but I made the choice. I think the markings are adequate, but if they were bolder like the blue competition tab, this would be perfect. The leather in this tab is a little thicker than the blue competition which I find more comfortable. As is, it is the equal of anything out there.
