I recently got the Binize Carplay AI Box Android 13, and I have to say, it's been a game-changer for my car.Super Easy Setup: Hooking it up to my car was a total breeze. It connected right away with no issues, and I was good to go in minutes.Perfect Fit for My Screen: My car has a big screen, and this thing covers the entire screen perfectly. Whether I'm using maps, streaming music, or watching videos, everything looks amazing and fills the whole display.Does What It Says: This Carplay AI Box works exactly as advertised. Wireless Carplay and Android features are smooth and make my drives so much better. Everything runs super smoothly, and switching between apps is a snap.**Great Customer Support:** I had a few questions and shot off some emails to their customer support. This does everything you want it to, ie: NetFlix, YouTube, etc on your vehicle's screen, and you can even install your OWN apps. Plus, tech support was immediate via Facebook chat - REALLY GOOD. I had to ask tech support to help because YouTube wouldn't load right away, they told me to simply update the app from the Play Store and then it worked perfectly!

The product worked at first but then it became incompatible with my iPhone’s personal hotspot after an iOS update on my iPhone. But I contacted their customer service and they helped me with this situation! Great service, they deserve 5 stars!

UPDATE: CHANGED RATING FROM 2 TO 1 STAR BC THE COMPANY WILL NOT STOP SENDING ME MESSAGES EVER SINCE I LEFT THE REVIEW. I troubleshooted and it's still cr@p compared to other companies so I don't use it. Company still contacting when I told them to leave me alone. LEAVE ME ALONE!I fired this thing up and the first week i thought it was the best! but now i know this is a MUCH inferior unit then the other ones out there. I would suggest moving over to Ottocast as that work A LOT better. Also compared to others, the Binize input ports are lackingMy unit doesnt really connect to wifi consistently and BARELY connects to bluetooth. At this point, for local drive, i use it as a wireless Android Auto and even that is insanely faulty. I'd say it will connect maybe 40% of the time by itself. If i do 5-10min of troubleshooting, i can get it to connect 80% of the time but then there is the lag and unresponsiveness from the GMAPs. If i have to use navigation, i plug my phone directly to the car bypassing this. IF i am about to go on a long road trip, i'll bring my other unit (Ottocast) into the car. I am using this in my 2020 Acura MDX but have also has similar problems in my 2024 Kia TellurideUnit crashes often and requires physical reboot most of the time. I've updated to latest firmware AND factory reset this thing twice.Its garbage compared to other units out there.

Works like a charm.. easy set up. Easy to add apps from the store. I’ve had zero problems, lag, etc. I’m only using my phone as a hotspot as well. Sure makes roadtrips nice! Highly recommend the product and service.

This is a great idea. It's easy to install. The performance seems to be very good.BUT.....there are some of the more popular apps that are not compatible. You can not install HULU, and a few other big name streaming services. It's definitely a first world problem, but considering you are buying this box to add video to your CarPlay, it's disappointing.I'm sure there is probably a way to unlock those apps, but I am not an Android aficionado so it'll take some time for me to sort that out. Still a bummer though.Buyer beware.
