The LM358 is a dual operational amplifier. The internal includes two

I've used a few so far, and it seems there's a few dead ones right out of the box. But given how many you get for the price, I can't say I'm too shocked or outraged as much I am mildly annoyed at the troubleshooting it sent me through. I'd probably buy another pack if I somehow ran out, but if you need a reliable stock, I'd check somewhere else.

No issues at all with these LM358's.Most recently used for a magnetic levitator project, these chips are reliable and every one of the half dozen so far has worked. There are no heating issues, bent pins or other problems. They arrived in a handy strong small plastic box, which has meant storage has also been easy.A good reliable choice.
