Bought this to replace a rebuilt unit purchased a couple of years ago at a local auto parts store that was not putting out a proper voltage. The battery would often be too weak to start the engine even after driving the car a good length of time. Had to connect a battery charger overnight. Put this Bosch unit in, and it is like night and day. Good voltage. Battery is strong, and the engine starts with no trouble. It's worth it for brand-name and new vs store brand and rebuilt.

fan was slightly out of center and rubbed but just bent the blades on a few. Important to have strong voltage/ spark. Amazon rules
