I mainly print in PLA with various FDM printers.I’ve been using Buildtak for more than 5 years and I haven’t found anything I trust more for adhesion during and removal after the print job. Most if the time I don’t use the heated bed as it doesn’t seem to need it. I’ve stuck the BuildTak to aluminum, glass, and steel all with great results and longevity. If you want a long lasting build surface, this is the ticket. I get 100’s of prints per sheet and this is only my third order in 5+ years.Great product and great value.

I have this on my Prusa i3 MK2S, and on both of my i3 MK3Ss. Bed adhesion is phenomenal with the BuildTak surface, have not seen any prints lifting or curling up since I added this on. Printing PLA on it makes it adhere almost too good to the bed for the first several prints until the surface wears down slightly, so if you can't remove your print just heat your bed up to around 80-90C and the prints should pull off at that point.

Works really well to keep my large PLA prints from warping.

Cheaper than the lokBuild, you get 3 with this at least and sticks much better. make sure bed is level and calibrate nozzle first. if you get warping, move it closer by 0.01-0.02 mm increments until it's sticks. too much and you'll risk getting prints stuck on it forever. use gcode for this, not the printer. set a negative start (unless your endswitch is in the way...).I use it for ABS/Polycarbonate in a chamber and it's great. i usually throw on a brim so i can easily lift it and get a spatula or floss under the print to pop it off instead of trying ram into the print's bottom layer.

Marvellous stuff, I was a bit sceptical of all the hype for this stuff until I tried it. Very easy to apply after cutting to size and very durable. Print after print stick to this even printing in the same spot on the bed many times. No more faffing about with masking tape and glue stick, just a wipe now and then with 70% solution Rubbing alcohol and you're good to go again. I've used this first piece for over 20 prints so far and it's not showing any signs of wear at all. Some people think it's a bit expensive but it's well worth the expense to save all the hassle of prints coming off the bed part way through and the constant changing of masking tape and such.
