Thought this one would hold up but not even 5 months later bottom was frayed & one grommet was almost worn through. Now flying from one grommet. Supplier says they stand by their product but no contact information available. How do you contact this supplier?

Looking forward to raising it on Canada Day, we're moderately patriotic. Material seems fairly weather resistant, it's Canadian flag - no complaints here :)

The color is so nice. We always have it flying on our flagpole. It is very windy in our area but only have to replace 2x per year.
