Easy install, any questions YouTube can be a helpful resource. The instructions are not the best but are decent compared to others I have seen from similar products. The sound is very clear and the unit runs smooth. Time will tell but definitely like the upgrade over the OEM

Install went very smooth the video for the install help. It’s a bit lengthy. It would be nice if they had one for a ram but everything fits the way it should looks clean once installed a bit tricky getting Apple CarPlay paired wirelessly, but once it’s paired, it works seamlessly The back up camera causes the radio to turn off, but that’s OK all in all great product for the price great upgrade for your older model ram 1500

Got this radio for my 2012 Ram 1500 and it performs perfectly as advertised. Definitely looks like the high end radios and works just as well

This AWESAFE 10" touchscreen car stereo for Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge (several models and years) has Android 13 operating system (a big plus!), making it basically a modified tablet to work with the car. Installation is not easy but manageable (I advise you to look at YouTube for an installation video), and you get all the tools and cables in the box.The touchscreen is responsive, and the operating system runs generally in a smooth way (lags sometimes, as it has 2GB RAM), but you get a lot more storage space at 64GB. It integrates well with the car's buttons and supports the OEM backup camera (if available). The best thing is it supports WiFi connections, so you can download any apps or offline maps as you wish. Finally, it supports CarPlay and Android Auto.

Purchased 2 months ago and now it won't turn on. When it did work the time wouldn't stay set. Out of the return window. Spend more and get a better quality radio.

The 9-inch display is crisp and responsive, setup was easier than expected—plug-and-play with the right harness. I tested for both a Dodge Ram (2012) and Jeep Wrangler JK (2017). Once installed, Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto connected flawlessly, letting me ditch messy cables. Navigation, music, and calls are now seamless, and the built-in GPS is a lifesaver when I lose signal, there’s zero lag, even with multiple apps running. The EQ settings let me fine-tune the sound to perfection, making road trips even better.

Installation is straightforward with this unit’s easy plug and play setup. The large touchscreen offers a clear, responsive interface, making navigation smooth and intuitive. CarPlay and Android Auto integration work well. It has 64GB of storage and 2GB of RAM, and it delivers solid performance, and the included backup camera is pretty useful. However, some installation details are a bit unclear, and the backup camera only displays in black and white, which is annoying. Still, a solid upgrade to your Dodge driving experience.

I loved the seamless fit this aftermarket stereo had. After install and getting everything cleaned up you would think it came with the car. There was no gaps, no loose ends, it looked just as good as a OEM one from a car manufacture. For performance its worked perfectly, I was able to get my phone hooked up VIA carplay with out any issues. I was able to get maps to come up and function perfectly. I also found that it actually gave my speakers a nice little boost in sound, and also opened up a whole new set of EQs allowing me to adjust things to a lot higher of a level then my original stereo did.The screen was very crisp and clear, I had no visibility issues both day and night time. I found it had a great level of brightness adjustment, to allow me to get the perfect level of light dependent on my surroundings. The console had no issues with lag, everything moved smooth, and I found the touch screen to have a good sensitivity input. I wasn't having to press in hard in order to get my motion to pick up.The review camera was clear, a nice wide angle lens, and it provided some half decent night vision. It was clear enough to see things in motion, but not so clear where you could make out somebodies face for example.Final thoughts are its a great upgrade to give your car, the big plus outside the overall functionality of the stereo is the perfect fit it provided and it doesn't look out of place.

Easy installation. The wiring instructions are straightforward. However the video instruction isn't really helpful. I took me only 45 minutes to install it. It fits well.Connection with Android phone (Samsung S21) is super easy with or without cable (through Zlink5).I have been using it for a week now. The screen is bright and the touch is responsive. All the buttons on the wheel work fine. The sound system is not as clear as the original Dodge grand caravan. The volume is a bit lower too. That's why I give only 4 stars. The package includes a backup camera but I haven't got time to run the wires and install it. Will update when I do.

I got my wife an Awesafe stereo for her truck and liked it so much I found this one for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler and the fit is friggen perfect! It looks 10x better than OEM aesthetically and having that big screen which I mostly use for Waze GPS. Installation I had done by my buddy and he had out old unit out in about 15 minutes and this one in in another 15, then we set up the settings, made sure steering wheel controls still worked, buttons it back up and its been great ever since and that was about a month ago.The screen is nice and responsive, its light to press on. The android system is a bit old and out dated but it works for being a stereo, its just a bit slow sometimes.I have tried the built-in GPS but its my last resort tbh... Once again its just a bit slow, the UI is ugly and im just not a fan of it compared to my trust steed "Waze" that ive used for 10+ years. The backup camera took another 45 minutes to properly route and hide the cables, that was the hardest part. Now, taking calls on this sounds good, the other person can hear me clearly and we even set up the microphone it came with for a better sound.Android auto connects is friggen seamless, it responds quick, music Pauses and Plays quickly.Very pleased with it
