So far it’s plug and play. Had no sound at first, tech support never answered. Lucky someone else posted regarding it. If you have the Bose system you have to hook up the 2 Blue wires togetherSounds good, lots of custom options. Touch screen works good so farFits like factory. Would be 5 stars if the support team would have answered

Decent radio for the price. It doesn’t have am function which wasn’t a big deal and the backup camera would sometimes glitch out. Operating system is decent overall good trade up from stock

It was easy to install, came with the correct harness for my Silverado. Took a bit of work to find the existing Silverado backup camera harness, but once I did I got the built in camera to show up on the display as well as the mirror. The issue is with Android auto and the radio interface. Occasionally it works, but quite often you have to guess what it's doing. The traditional Android Auto app isn't there, tried to connect to a network so I could update it, but it can't connect to either Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Could also benefit from a bigger amp.

This works perfect, I first bought a 7” replacement that messed up after a couple of months. This one is a little smaller but the sound quality and functionality is 10x better.It is plug and play, Bluetooth/Apple play work flawlessly. Can’t beat this value!

Fit perfect…. Even works with the original back up camera…. Make sure u connect the amp wires (blue ones) together or no sound.

A great stereo option for those of us who are sick and tired of everything being a touch screen - this stereo has actual physical buttons for almost every function, and two USB outs - a standard USB-A and a more modern USB-C. I really like the interface here. Did I mention how sick I am of touch screens?Comes with a complete wiring harness, connecting this to the listed vehicle should be an easy job for anyone who can read and use a crimping tool. The plastic mounting bracket is made to slot directly in where the OEM stereo unit did - no fiddling with metal mounting brackets or anything like that here.I don't use "carplay" or any of that stuff - I just need a place to charge my phone and a bluetooth connection. For me, this is perfect. The GPS plug is standard, and the in-system app is very useable, but I think everyone just uses the one on their phone now anyways.A bit pricey for what it is, IMO, given that the guts of the thing look identical to any one of a number of other digital decks I have seen in the past ten years or so.
