How to Use:
1. Cool the cylinder in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. Screw the adapter onto the commercial CO2 cylinder.
3. Screw the empty CO2 cylinder into the adapter.
4. For most large cylinders: Turn the large cylinder upside down. If the CO2 tank is stationary it cannot be filled because some tanks do not have a dip tube (siphon) inside.
5. Carefully open the valve of the large cylinder (the valve will shut off the running if you open it too much. This can happen if you open the large cylinder too much or too fast. The trick is to be very careful when opening the large cylinder.)
6. After about 15‑20 seconds, the cylinder is fully charged.
7. Close the valve of the large cylinder.
8. Open the bleed screw to vent gas.
9. Unscrew the CO2 cartridge and you are done.
