My husband and I are doing reconstruction. So when we bought this it stayed in the box for more than 4 months. When we put it in it had a pin hole leak in one of the parts. Since I had it so long Amazon would not give me full price for it. So I called the company. They were wonderful. I took pictures and explained what happened. These faucets have a lifetime warranty so they sent me out a new one free of charge. I would not hesitate to purchase
