I spent several days 90% mentally consumed by finding the right set. Multiple trips to Lowe’s & Home Depot & so much surfing the internet; couldn’t decide. When it came down to the wire I pulled the trigger on this set. Options were rather limited for what I was looking for. This was the best of all options. We were restricted from a lot of products because of living in California & our water requirements. I wanted to get an American company, so Delta was a good choice. I wanted an item that was silver in color, brushed nickel was either more expensive or just not available, so chrome it was for us. I wanted to get a fixture kit that had the duel knobs that allowed us to have the separate hose for ease with kids.Overall pleased. It looks & feels like a luxury set up. Pleased to have been able to get it for just over $300 when so many other American options went up to $500-$600. We did need to make a couple calls to Delta & they were really easy to work with. I would get it again.

Haven’t installed it yet but it definitely feels like good quality and the brand was recommended by our plumber. It was also 400 cheaper than at Home Depot

It’s really nice and has great pressure for the rain head. The hand held sprayer seems flimsy and cheap. Almost like it was part of another set. For a $1000 set I would expect more from delta

I just love this showerhead. It gives us the true spa experience and the colour finish on it is fantastic too. I would say Moen has tried with their champagne bronze, but it’s just not the same finish and quality as this one.

HOMEMADE SPA! This was just the shower set we were looking for to finish off our Master Suite bathroom shower! Initially, I was very skeptical of the pressure of the rain shower which is why I insisted on having the second hand held shower head. This set had both. The hand held showerhead appears so small but packs a BIG punch of pressure and is exactly the alternative I was looking for. We mounted it a bit lower on the shower wall to give me the option to not get my head wet, to let conditioner sit in my hair, etc.. The Rainshower head we decided to hang from the ceiling with a vertical pole (purchased separately on Amazon) to get this look. (We actually used the arm that comes with this shower set in another bathroom!). And the pressure is PERFECT and so relaxing. The water levers look sleek and modern on our shower wall. We never want to get out of the shower! It works great, looks sleek and you can choose to have either the rainshower head or the hand held with the separate smaller lever. The finish is top notch quality that Delta is known for and was very easy to match with the Delta faucets we purchased for our sinks, and any other polished nickel accessories. You will not be dissappointed with this purchase.

Functional and stunning. I am very pleased with this purchase, As is our plumber. Installation was as expected with no surprises an the after look is beautiful. Definitely a high quality product. A shower head is not something id skimp on when doing a renovation. I don't want to replace these for a long while and I don't think I will have to any time soon with these!

I wanted a rain shower in our bathroom but my wife wanted a hand held shower head. This system let us have both and the water diverter knob works great. Its easy to turn so no issues changing from the hand held to rain shower. Our plumber didnt have any trouble understanding and plumbing the pipes however he didnt tighten down the diverter valve which caused the diverter not to work properly. After some quick research this seems to be a common mistake. Once he tightened it down everything worked properly. My only complaint is that these shower heads are low flow models, they work fine but they dont have the same amount of force that our old one had.

It is very beautiful shower set, I love the color and look of it. But I had high expectation for a brand new product, but this one is very disappointing, the hose is very hard/ stiff and not flexible at all, secondly both handheld shower head and the top shower head, the water flow is very small, we thought something is wrong with our plumbing, as we just added a new bathroom, after we switched with our old shower head, we found out it is not plumbing issues. Since it is already installed I guess I cannot return it.

I must have received an open box or a customer returned item. Really bad quality control. Either Delta or Amazon should not be sending a customer returned items. Hard to know what is missing until your contractor start installing.Amazon customer service advised return and re-order. I was in a middle of bathroom re-model. This held up my renovation for a week. Not happy with the quality check as it was an expensive shower system.One star for sending out a incomplete shower system. But 4 stars for the quality and look of the shower system. I will update after we finish the installation and get to use the shower system.

Looks great and durable.Only issue is hose as everyone states it looks like it’s from the dollar store.
