Bought this as a Christmas present for my parents. Worked great for a few months and now stopped working. Tried factory reset and didn’t fix the issue. No way to contact the company and return window was only 1.5 months. Don’t waste your money!

I bought this for my dad for Christmas and I love that I can send him pictures at any time! Maybe there’s a setting but I find pictures taken on a cell phone vertically don’t fit properly. You can click an option on the frame when the picture comes up but I wish that was automatically set. Obviously we want to see the whole picture!

I bought this because I dont have the space for a bunch of photo books and I didnt want to print off all the photos of family events, weddings, etc. Its simple to set up and I love that you can upload photos anytime you want as long as you have data and the frame is connected to wifi. The only thing I dont like is that it only lets you upload 4 photos at a time and I often want to upload a huge batch all at once. The actual frame has a clean look although the plastic does feel a bit flimsy when you touch and pick it up.

I bought a frame for myself a fee months ago and love it. It's so easy to upload photos to it and I love seeing all my photos on one frame.I love it so much I just bought a second one for my mother and she adores it too. It's especially good that photos can be uploaded over WiFi so I can send photos to her frame even though I am 1200kms away.Only issue is that uploading photos in bulk requires a micro sd card and can't be done over WiFi as there is a 10 photo limit at a time.

I didn't expect this frame to be so easy to set up and start sending pictures. I had it up and running in minutes. Connected to WiFi in seconds, added an account for myself and wife and away we went uploading pictures. I've placed about 100 on the frame so far and it's had no problems with displaying them all.You do have to be careful in the picture size, sometimes they do cut off it the picture is close to the maximum frame width. The onscreen sizing is very handy.This does not have weather, clocks or any other fancy Android stuff running on it. It's very basic, which is good IMO. There is an option for captioning which can be displayed. Also when another users sends pictures the frame has a notification to "view the picture", I guess this is good.Only been a few hours so we'll see how the timer function works tonight.Will consider buying a couple more, if this works for a week or so without problems.The price is certainly right for this frame. Will be interesting to see if an Android update causes any future issues, but so far the internal software is very easy to set up.Edit- I bought two more and have recommended several to my family!

4.5⭐The picture quality is pretty good and it's fairly easy to set up. The big glitch, imo, is you can't sync directly from a laptop/desktop (or directly from a phone, for that matter). You have to send the photos to your smartphone and transfer them using the "FrameO" app. You can also import pictures by plugging in an sd cardThere's a USB port but it's for "service" use only, according to the instructions. The app is fairly straightforward . The manual is pretty basic but at least they include one. The guidance on the app and the frame itself, once you get it running, is more detailed.It's got a number of features to adjust the size/appearance of the photos. The capacity (not mentioned on the box or in the manual) was listed as 12.5GB on the frame I received, so you should be able to upload to hundreds of photosIt's supposed to handle video clips ( haven't tried that yet) but they have to be longer that 3-4 seconds. Being able to have friends download their photos from anywhere is a plus, but like another reviewer I worry about security and privacy. It's not mentioned in the manual or the on frame instructions and the device has to be connected to your wifi in order to function. You also have to disable the "Share Analytics " function to keep it from sending "anonymous " data back to HQ. I turn it off when nobody's around to see it and hope that works. Apart from those few concerns the product delivers what it's supposed to and is relatively easy to use.
