The solenoid body is a little longer on this and the part doesn't fit all of the way into the shift assembly housing. It does work and the screw holds it in place just fine.

This part almost looks identical to the OEM FoMoCo part. I installed it but the truck wouldn't go completely into park and the key wouldn't release and drained my batteries. Upon closer inspection there is a retaining clip next to the solenoid that holds the solenoid button in place. The gap of the clip is too small to latch in place. Very frustrating as my truck has been down and now I'm back to ordering the FoMoCo OEM part. this is not an easy part to swap out either.
