I bought this to share monitors between my personal and work computers. I run three 4K monitors at 60hz and it works flawlessly. Switching times are very quick, including the switching of the USB keyboard and mouse. Highly recommend!

I've never had a KVM switch before and never needed it until now that I'm doing some work at home. I got this to be able to use my existing computer monitors with my work laptop when working from home and not have to unplug DP's or HDMI cables. Currently I only run 2 monitors but I wanted the ability to add to my system in the future / hence getting the 3 monitor switch.I thought I would only need one DP cable from my computer to the switch and then branch out to my two monitors and same from my laptop, HOWEVER..... that is not the case. The switch really isn't as smart as I thought it would be but I figured it out...The thing(s) to know...1 - The back of the switch has 3 monitor inputs (DP-A, DP-B, HDMI-C) for PC (computer) 1, 3 for computer 2 and 3 outputs to go to your 3 monitors. 2 rows use DP cords (row A and B) and the bottom row (row C) uses an HDMI cord for a total of 6 DP cords and 3 HDMI cords needed to run two computers and 3 monitors. If you look at the photo showing the back of the switch you will see horizontal dotted lines between the above noted rows of input/outputs. This indicates for each monitor, Out A, B or C you need to have your computers plugged in to the corresponding input. (ie. if your plugging a monitor in to "out A" then you need to have both PC'S plugged into PC 1 and PC 2 DP A slots. Same applies to the DP B row and HDMI C row). You can not plug your two PC's to one row (ie. row A) and plug your monitor into a different row (ie. row b or c) and expect it to work because it won't.As I am only using two monitors, I am using row A and row B so I needed 6 DP cords to make this work. This comes with the 2 USB 3.0 cords. You need to connect them to the corresponding PC's for things to work.Troubles I had.... After plugging in all the cables, my laptop was working with the screens, my keyboard, and mouse beautifully. My mouse and keyboard were plugged in the USB 3.0's on the front of the switch. When I switched to my PC, my mouse and keyboard were not working. Yes everything was plugged in and powered on but it came to me, I moved the the USB 3.0 that goes from the switch to my computer to a different USB slot on my computer and it worked. In Summary:Your computers and monitors need to be plugged into the same line (A, B or C) to work. If you have 2 computers and 3 monitors you will need 6 x DP cables and 3 x HDMI cables. Make sure you plug in the USB 3.0 cable from the switch to the corresponding PC. Plug your keyboard and mouse into one of the 4 USB 3.0 inputs on the front of the switch. If your keyboard or mouse doesn't work move the USB 3.0 that goes from the switch to your computer to another port on your computer. Plug in the power for the switch and turn it on. Enjoy!

This is a good sturdy cable, the only downside is the grommets (the cable stress relievers) seem to be a bit hard so rather than reducing the stress it's just moved it up the cable a bit

Although it is quite difficult to comment upon how durable any given product might be, this USB-C to USB-C cable feels very well made, very strong and I imagine that it will be very durable. Given an increase in USB-C charging points being installed in various equipment, this is going to be a handy addition to my charging cables. It seems to charge at a good speed and I am quite pleased with the length of the cable. One important point to consider with this cable is that you need to a power supply that has a USB-C outlet.

I had tried a TESmart KVM a couple of years ago but had video issues when switching between computers. This switch works great, no delay switching between computers and the shared USB ports are good as well. I have the option to switch 2 x DP ports and 1 x HDMI port per computer to 2 DP port and 1 HDMI based monitors, I am only using 1 port on each PC currently but I have options at a great price too!One issue I am working on is with my Win11 PC, sometimes I have to push the button on the front panel to wake up the PC, for some reason the Logitech wireless mouse or keyboard will not always wake this computer. Not too surprised, all post for Logitech state to avoid KVMs for the wireless receiver. It has no problem once the Win 11 computer is out of sleep mode. No problem with the mouse or keyboard when I switch back to any PC, the mouse and keyboard work immediately. I have no issue bring the monitor back when it is a sleep, only issue is with computer in sleep mode doesn't always wake up. No big deal! The one other thing I noticed is when I try to share a USB stick larger than 32 GB, my Win 10 computer will not recognize it but my Win 11 computer has no problem recognizing the drive. I have tried plugging in a USB My Passport drive into 1 of the shared USB Ports as well, powers on and detected by Win 11 immediately but not on Win 10 computer. If I unplug and plug the USB cable from KVM to Win 10, it recognizes the larger USB stick and the My Passport drive right away. Could be older hardware on my Win 10 PC as well but it is using a USB port .I do not consider either of these issues as show stopper, I am happy to have the ability to easily switch between systems with instant response. 5 out of 5 stars. I will report back if I find a fix or can confirm why the issues occur.December 19th updateI am able to wake up my computer using my keyboard or mouse as long as I let the computer go to sleep on its own versus forcing it into sleep with key shortcut. The issue is not KVM related. Also, tried swapping the USB cable for the Win 10 computer issue but the Win 10 continues to only recognize USB devices below 32 GB. As it has no issue with the 32 GB when the Win 10 computer is selected it sees the >32 GB device but if I switch away and back, it no longer sees the > 32 GB USB stick. Not an issue with Still say it is a 5 out of 5, video switching is great, as is the wireless keyboard/mouse. It works great!
