It’s very flimsy and came with small chips, but for what I need it for which is to remind me of emotions when taking DBT classes it’ll do.

I hadn't realised from the photo, but if you look, the words suddenly change the way they are printed. You have to change direction reading it. I know clients will find this confusing and irritating as it changes mid way through some sections. It would be so much better if it was printed all the same way and you just had to spin the item around with consistent printing. Otherwise it would be very helpful. Shame
