Field Notes Original Kraft Memo Book 3-Packs
Graph, Ruled, Plain, Mixed, and Left-Handed Packs
To make a long story short. When Aaron Draplin made the very first Field Notes by hand, as a holiday gift for friends, they looked pretty much like these notebooks. When we started the company we had only one product, a 3-Pack of Kraft Memo Books with graph paper inside. This is the heart of our product line.
PAPER STYLES
Our original 48-page memo books are available in three variations – Graph, Ruled, or Plain paper – or as a Mixed 3-pack that includes one of each paper type. Each Original Kraft memo book measures 3-1/2" wide by 5-1/2" tall and is bound by a rugged three-staple saddle-stitch process.
LEFT-HANDED
We also have a Left-Handed 3-Pack available with Ruled paper inside. With ten percent of the world’s population left-handed, we figured it was about time to make a notebook just for them. It’s identical to our Original Kraft Ruled Memo Book in every way except for this: We reversed the direction, and put the staples on the other side. Got a southpaw in your life? I love, love, love these little notebooks.I have one little journal/notebook that I would keep in my pocket, daily. It did well.When my daughter was born, I bought a set of these to help keep track of her diaper changes and feedings, and it made it simple and easy with the gridlines and dotted line journals (feels nicer and more flexible than a lined journal). It was nice and small so that we could take it to doctor's appointments.I have used them to help me with work. Sometimes I cannot get a thought out of my head and I'll have a hard time focusing. I just whip it out and write down what is on my mind (e.g., buy sparkplugs, look up random a fact, create a list, etc.) and it's helped boost my productivity.You can also use it to keep it in your car for maintainance. For example, if you got a new car, stash one in the glove box. Every item of maintainence you do, you can log it by date, service, and mileage. It's helpful when you do your own work and if you ever plan to resell, you have a log. Or you can be me prior to a journal, and also keep years worth of receipts.

Nice to have this when out and about (in my "bug back bag") in case a handwritten idea needs to be jotted down. This product is perfect in size and thickness.Indeed, it never showed up when first ordered, so they sent it to me again.And 2 week later - the original showed up. I offered to pay for it (direct to the manufacturer) but they refused (kindly).Don't hesitate - if you need it get it, if you want it ... you need it!

Comes super in handy to make little notes. I like using it for commonplacing and drawing and making notes whereever I am. It's small enough to fit into your pocket or bag.

I've tried just about every type of notebook out there and I always seem to come back to Field Notes. They are well-made, durable, simple and economical. I like the fact that they are so flexible and comfortable in your pocket, and they don't slide out easily like some plastic covered notebooks do. They really are close to being the perfect pocket notebook. If you haven't tried them yet, do yourself a favour and pick up a few. Once you use them for a while you will fall in love with them.

Une qualité de carnet exceptionnel, qualité du papier, 3 agrafes pour la reliure, deux bords arrondis (ce qui évite de les écorner dans les poches), seul regret, le prix car une fois ma commande passée, j’ai découvert qu’ils étaient beaucoup moins chers sur le site français le comptoir américain qui a en plus un grand choix dans cette marque.

Se trata de un buen cuaderno: es delgado, el papel es de buena calidad y absorbe bien la tinta, son relativamente resistentes y el llevarlos permanentemente encima no es una molestia. Dicho esto, en este producto se pone de manifiesto la desidia y falta de atención de amazon.es (en comparación con las otras tiendas internacionales de amazon) en la descripción de numerosos productos: las páginas NO ESTÁN PAUTADAS (o rayadas), estos cuadernos contienen HOJAS EN BLANCO. Dicho esto, los compré por esa misma razón: quería hojas en blanco y me guié por las fotos y la descripción en inglés (Plain Paper). Lo negativo: son ridículamente caros, de ahí que los considere un capricho. Es la segunda vez que compro este mismo lote y no creo que repita; en la propia amazon.es ofrecen una alternativa: los Moleskine Kraft, calidad y dimensiones comparables, 64 hojas en lugar de 48 y un precio mucho más razonable.

These notebooks are great for to-do lists and note taking.The paper doesn't smudge, and the build quality feels excellent.The printing on the inside of the cover looks terrible however. It takes away from the minimalist aesthetic.
