I am paralyzed from the breast bone down and am unable to stand. As such, I need a solid, stable commode that I can transfer to using a sliding board. This commode is the furthest thing from being stable and safe.1. There are no brakes on the back wheels! While I was transferring, the commode moved backwards and I almost landed on the floor.2. The frame is made of cheap, light weight aluminum which lacks stability. The commode moves when there is any pressure/weight put on it! Again, the very strong possibility of the person using this commode landing on the floor.3. In the product description, the wording led me to believe that the arms lifted up and out of the way, which is necessary for me and one of the reasons why I ordered this product. The arms do not lift up and out of the way. Instead, they have to be completely removed!This product is dangerous and unsafe to use and I definitely DO NOT recommend it!

The received this product 8n May, 2024. less than 1 year it broke while my husband was sitting on it. He weights 185 pounds. I want a full refund for this unsafe product!

We had an issue with shipping - not sure if it was the courier or what happened. We ended up buying another one, however the Aqkgtj commode did finally arrive after 4-5 weeks. In the interim we purchased another one, but this one is better quality. The company was very understanding, very reasonable and looked after everything to our satisfaction.

Item took a long time to deliver and when it came in it was damaged during shipping and the assembly parts did not line up right. Instructions were only provided in Chinese I had to request the seller to send them to me. Once instructions come in, holes and assembly parts did not line up. Now it has been nothing but a nightmare trying to get a credit for the item.
