The Grounding Mat is fantastic for improving sleep and overall wellness. The conductive PU material works well, and it’s the perfect size for bed, floor, or desk use. When I received a used mat initially, the customer service was exceptional—they sent me a new one right away. Highly recommend this product!

I first saw the ads on Facebook and it looked interesting but I don't purchase anything off the ads because their reviews are not real. I check the actual reviews. They were more or less the same. I will tell you I was skeptical that it was going to do what it said. I've have problems sleeping. The first night I used it I felt like I was fighting to stay awake. I actually fell into a deep sleep. I'm thinking it's psychological because I'm thinking it's going to do what it's supposed to be I didn't want it to be a hoax. Second night I had a hardtime because I ended up falling asleep on the sofa early so I wasn't tired. I got a few hours of sleep but felt refreshed and not groggy when I woke up. Another thing I noticed was I didn't have any nerve pain or electric shocks in my leg both nights. Now if it works for regulating cortisol to help lose weight I'd buy the sheets. My cat seems to like it too.
