I have a mystery on my ahnd and it rains too much to walk barefoot on grass, so I will give this mat a try. But what is pen for? The light comes on regardless of mat being plugged in or not.

I have it draped across the arm of my recliner. It's not even noticeable. It is in contact with the bare skin of my arm, because I am elderly and sit there a lot. (Skin contact is necessary) Within a week - the inflammation in the joints of my very arthritic big toes was gone. I could bend the toes completely, where before it was painful to even try, and they were "crackly". I eventually noticed my moods had improved also (I have anxiety and depression issues) At this price what is there to lose if you try it yourself or for a loved one.

This is a good quality grounding mat that comes with a continuity tester to test that the material is conductive which it is. Not sure what material its made out of, as it doesnt appear like the typical silver fabric. Be careful with grounding on your electrical network as sometimes dirty power is feeding into the ground. Will also be testing if this mat emits emf eventually as ive seen some do so before.

I’m a real person and this is a real review. I sleep on this at night with my bare legs touching it. After the first time using it, I was able to get out of bed the very next day without back pain!! I’ve had it for a few months now and I can’t wait to go to bed! I also sleep through the night more and if I do wake up to go to the bathroom I fall back asleep right away! Could be the placebo effect and so be it. I bought one for a friend and when she plugged it in her cats went immediately to it and took it over!! Watch some you tube vids if you’re skeptical I won’t blame you, but buy it !! It doesn’t cost a lot and it helps!!

I have a multimeter and I check whether I am properly grounded. I use Klein MM700 which I recently bought to check whether I am properly grounded and yes I am with the mat. I even slept with it and felt benefits, like reduced pain upon waking up. Setting the multimeter to voltage ~, I went from 4.1 voltage to 0.1, which is very good and keep you grounded. Highly recommend because the multimeter verified it.

This grounding mat is really easy to use. Just plug it into the mat and then into the ground plug in your wall. The cord is plenty long to use no matter how far away your plug is, making it convenient to use anywhere. The mat is a nice small size so that you can carry it to different places in your house or even away from home to use anywhere. I use it for my feet when I'm watching TV, then I take it to bed with me and put my feet and legs on it. The rubber backing material on it keeps it from sliding around and it stays in place quite well. Don't let its small size fool you, that just makes it that much more handy to use wherever you choose to use it. The thickness tells you it's great quality, and the price is such a great value.
