How to know you you are grounded well or not:
1.Make sure your outlet can be grounded greatly with a Outlet Tester (not included).
2.Prepare a multimeter.
3.Turn the multimeter to "%HzV", and select AC mode. Connect the black wire to the ground outlet and hold the red wire in hand.
4.View the readings while you are holding the metal end of the alligator(red wire). Normal readings differ 300mV from more than 2V depending on various person.
5.Set up your grounding as our instruction, and then touch the mat or barefoot on the mat, to see the readings lowering. If the reading drops down to less than 100mV, that means the mat is working.

This grounding mat is a game changer if you have issue I put it under my pillow,m and because it needs to touch bare skin, I sleep with my arm under the pillow, so it worked perfectly. s sleeping. I have purchases 6 in the past year as gifts, and everyone was satisfied! Started with my sone, who purchased one when he had 3 bulging discs in his back, after 3 months of no sleep, he slept a solid 8 hours. I thought I would try it. I am up all thru the night going to the bathroom and then cant fall back to sleep. This changed everything.

I was always the kid who wasn't exactly a tomboy but didn't like a lot of girly things either...so I was constantly in dirt and mud as a kid and then at the beach constantly as a teen. I've always had ocd but about 10-15 years ago that consists of always wearing shoes outside...and I cannot bring myself to stop that - so I bought this mat. Idk how to explain what is happening but my inflammation has drastically reduced...its exhausting so be prepared for that and the first time I got extremely nauseated. I dont know how to fully describe that I feel like I'm starting to get back to myself again....idk what kind of witchcraft this is but starting to feel like I'm me again is a gift I can never be too grateful for - 4 stars instead of 5 bc its just been 3 days and im a skeptic..

Rather expensive considering the matt is flimsy and keeps rolling up when you move in bed. But it works. The cord is long and goes under the bedroom carpet. Not sure if I would recommend this particular item but do recommend Grounding.

I originally seen the idea of a grounding mat on Tiktok an I took to Amazon so fast! My mom taught me about grounding years ago and how important it was to do I don’t have a yard because I live in the city so it’s really hard for me to find a place to ground for years. I’ve been saying I wanted a yard so that I can ground myself, so I was so excited when I seen the opportunity to be able to ground daily right from my couch at that 😂 I have noticed a increase in Energy an when I didn’t use it for a few days I noticed an decrease. I had 3 back surgeries so back pain is a part of my daily life if i dont stretch an do Yoga before bed I cant stand up in the AM but Using this before bed has made it so I dont have to do that every night. I love my nighttime routine but sometimes when i finish a 12hr shift I just wanna shower an go to bed so itWas worth that alone. I also got my Mom one for X-Mas an I couldn’t even wait to give it to her because I wanted to hear what she thought as well. An after giving it to her She went on Amazon to purchase one for someone else. Im not telling my whole family they need to use it. Being that its not that expensive its worth the buy

Thanks for a great product that is now protecting my very expensive $6500 engineering laptop! It is perfect.I bought this to put under my laptop and mouse because my office has carpet and when I sit down to work I zap my laptop with a static spark, which is not good for the electronics. This grounding mat now zaps my arm instead of me zapping my laptop, which is exactly what it is supposed to do, I love it. I have read other reviews where people are surprised that they get a little static shock when they touch this mat, that means it is working! Did you somehow want to eliminate static without transferring the static away from your body?As far as the instructions, I had to take a close look at the border stitching to figure out which way was up and which surface was to be on the table, because the instructions just tell me how great it is and don't describe nor show in their silly silhouetted pictures any clue as to how to lay it down. These are instructions or a sales pitch for something I already bought? For those of you who are interested in real facts, you lay it down with plug UP, which is with the smooth surface UP and the fabric lays against the table...The sales and marketing comedy routine about becoming one with the Earth and about the healing powers of grounding would be a good skit for SNL. I cannot understand why the manufacturer would create a perfectly working static eliminator that is technically valid and easily proven which can be marketed to hundreds of millions of computer and electronic professionals, and market it instead to just a few thousand mystics as a magical healing apparatus - which cannot be proven.
