FormiPow Grounding Sheets is basically the size of a table runner. It is a nice soft cotton sheet that wrinkles out of the wash. It is a lot narrower than expected since I thought it could go length wise or width wise on a queen or king but it seems better suited length wise especially if you move a lot while sleeping. I do have to straighten it every day since it does not stay flat and folds over every time you roll over so I do not understand their claim " features a unique strip design to prevent slipping." I do not know if it works or not since that will be a long term determination (although I do believe in the principle) and I am willing to try. What I do know is they provide a nice long ground cord which I appreciate which can connect easily to any plug in the room. The nearest one to my bed was occupied so I was able to run it under the area rug across my room. It is a snap on connection and it does hold pretty good right now. Apparently you cannot bleach or use oxi-based detergent (which let's face it, is a lot of soaps nowadays or ones that contain essential oils like all the natural detergents so it seems like it can be hard to wash since most soap have either/or and if you aren't allowed to use these why the heck do they make these sheets light coloured then although at least this one is grey. I do find it overpriced since you can get an entire good thread sheet count for this much as opposed to a narrow strip but we'll see if it works. Also I bought two different ones from two different manufacturers. They are exactly the same except the this one is $20 cheaper and I like the colour better. I did not understand the plastic tool it came with and it gives no reference to it at all so I had to look back at their advertisement and saw it was to help tuck the sheet under the mattress. If I had gotten this sooner I would have loved to see if it did in fact take away the static electricity which is really bad in the winter to the point that there are sparks every time I throw on my duvet so we'll have to wait a year to test the reduction of static electricity which I am hoping this sheet would last that long.

The grounding sheet for all bed sizes by FormiPow is not meant to cover your entire bed like a normal sheet would. This grounding sheet covers a 24" section of your bed but all the way across. People have started to use grounding bed sheets because we no longer as a society are in touch enough with the ground on which we walk on daily. Instead we tend to wear shoes outside all the time and forget to connect with the ground barefoot. Some of the benefits of grounding and grounding sheets are reduction of inflammation, reducing stress levels and chronic pain, helping to improve your mood, allow for better quality of sleep which will result in higher energy levels as well as help lower blood pressure. While some people can experience immediate benefits after their first grounding sleep, others can wait a few weeks before noticing a difference. The reason for this is that everyone is different and it is also important to remember that grounding does not cure diseases; instead they help to restore your natural electrical balance.These sheets are made of 95% organic cotton and 5% pure silver fiber. The reason they use pure silver in the production of these sheets is because of its ability to conduct electricity, allowing for a better connection between the body and the Earth. It also improves the effectiveness of grounding therapy. The grounding sheet is machine washable and I personally would recommend hanging the sheet to dry if you can because you will maximize the sheets longevity and conductivity capabilities. Should you decide to dry them in your dryer, use the LOWEST heat setting that your machine offers. While these sheets work, I recommend doing natural grounding when possible walking barefoot on grass, Earth or sand which will only enhance your results. I highly recommend.

I misunderstood how to use this. I assumed it was a mat that fit around the mattress under the fitted sheet. The instructions state that the mat has to be in direct contact with skin.This is a no-go long term. If the benefits were evident within a few days and if the benefits were extraordinary, maybe I could suffer through. But it’s not comfortable to sleep on at all, and I don’t really want to continue uncomfortable sleeping for possible benefits.This may not be an issue for many, but I can’t sleep on a material that doesn’t breath, shifts, and ends up with a tacky feel (which can’t be good for your skin).
