We were looking for an inexpensive monitor to leave at our cottage. I was a little nervous about the parent unit being so small, but I was pleasantly surprised by the great video quality. It is very clear, even in low light, which gives me peace of mind when checking on my baby at night. I did encounter an issue with charging the parent unit, but their exceptional customer service quickly addressed it, sending us a replacement. Overall, this baby monitor has exceeded my expectations both in performance and customer support. Highly recommend!

The HelloBaby Monitor has been a lifesaver for our family. The video and audio quality are excellent, and the night vision is clear, even in total darkness. Setup was quick, and the monitor is easy to use, even for non-tech-savvy parents.We love the two-way audio for comforting our baby remotely and the reliable sound and motion alerts. The range and battery life are also impressive, allowing us to move around the house worry-free.For the price, it’s an outstanding, user-friendly baby monitor that I’d recommend to any parent!

This product worked great for first 18 months but unfortunately the charging port fell inside the monitor and now no way to charge it. Their is no way to open it up to fix it without destroying the monitor. So it’s now garbage, still was working fine just bad quality.. very sad to send something like this to the landfill/recycling. Range was enough for us we have a 1800 sq ft house and it was across the house and worked good, night vision good. Sound was a little delayed but didn’t bother us. Please start making products to last.

I had it for my first son, loved how reliable it is, range of use and simplicity. Bought it for our second son another one and it broke down (my fault probably) after 7 months of use. Costumer service is excellent and they simply sent me a new one! Arrived in a couple of days. I would definitely recommend. If I could improve it, I would like to connect both cameras to both monitors (this is not possible, just 2 cameras in a single monitor) because this way both me and my husband could have a monitor to check both.

Purchased the NB65 model just under a year ago after thorough research of all baby monitors.Went with this model because:- We wanted to avoid Wi-Fi connectivity for security reasons- Simple, easy-to-use solution- Friends recommendation- Relatively inexpensive solutionAfter 11 months of use, we've had almost 0 issues with the camera and the monitor. Handful of times the connection dropped, but connected a few seconds after without any action on our part. The range is great, the setup is super simple, it is reliable and stress-free. Unlike some of the "smart" baby monitors where sensors can wake you up for no reason, or provide you with a lot of data to swift through in the AM, just adding to your anxiety, the NB65 is a worry-free baby monitor that just works. Love the ability to turn-off the screen (no light in the bedroom) and be alerted only when the baby starts to make noise.As of this morning, the monitor has stopped working. Not holding a charge and not turning on. I've contacted support and am waiting to hear back on any solutions that might be proposed.Will update my review upon this process.We're considering upgrading to the 5" model that allows for multiple cameras as our family is getting a new addition come summer. That purchase will largely depend on how our customer support experience goes with this "older" NB65 model.Overall: 4/5 stars

I find a lot of reviews are done right after purchase and I wanted to provide an honest review just under a year later of purchase. First of all, I want to say that I feel like the 1-star reviews are from people who didn’t contact the company and find out if anything can be done to resolve their issues. I say this because recently, I reached out to them to help me with a “fading” monitor and I’ve had nothing but excellent customer service from them. With a few days of troubleshooting, they sent me a brand new one which was perfect as we really enjoy this monitor.I’m currently using this for our cottage with 2 cameras connected to it. I can tell you that it’s been more than reliable. The range if fantastic and my favorite part is the battery life. You don’t want to be hunting for a charger sitting on a dock with a cold brew in your hands after an hour. (I have this issue with our VTECH system at home).To sum it up quickly, here are some pro’s and con’s to consider:Pros:- Fantastic battery life- Good enough picture quality. I’m not looking for Hi-Def quality here from a monitor at this price point.- Phenomenal Range- Ability to move the angle of the camera remotely- VOX mode is actually helpful with it’s sensitivity settings. My VTECH goes off if you have a sound machine in the room but this one really works well even with our sound machines- Customer service is outstanding and very helpful. They stand behind their product and are willing to help if you treat them with the respect one would deserve.- Night-mode works as expected!Cons:- The volume control is in the menu which is a bit annoying to change. I wish they just added two little buttons somewhere for volume buttons and this would be a great little solution.- Although the LCD is color, I find it a little “washed-out”. Still, at this price point, it’s clear and manageable.NOTE: I would add a picture but how many cribs does one need to see…

We bought this after a rival product broke after two uses!!This camera system has been going strong for a few months now and we really rate it. The night vision picture quality is excellent and having the ability to remotely adjust the camera is priceless. No need to creep back into the nursery to adjust a camera that’s been moved. Sound quality is good considering the size although we don’t use it to communicate with baby, just for hearing if he cries.Battery life on the monitor is also good, albeit we charge it daily.Lots of setting options to adjust sound, brightness etc which has been useful.

Innanzitutto è un prodotto ben fatto, migliorato rispetto al modello precedente su vari aspetti, a cominciare dai pulsanti sul baby monitor.Qualità immagine molto buona anche in notturna. Termometro perfetto e preciso, audio molto buono.Lo zoom è quello che è ma va bene se la tenete a distanza dalla culletta. La telecamera si muove benissimo e risponde immediatamente ai comandi, non lagga mai.Per me 5 stelle perché appena la accendi è immediatamente connessa, super veloce e pratica. Leggera, batteria monitor longeva. Non è una 1080p ma si vede benissimo e svolge perfettamente il suo dovere. Costa un po' rispetto ad altre ma la qualità si vede tutta.
