DO NOT PURCHASE!This company has the worst customer service! I have sent (2) email and still have not got a response after 2 weeks. I start using this 3 months after my son was born and now, the monitor will not connect to cameras. For the price I paid I would expect better! AMAZON stand by products you sell and stop allowing customers to be ripped off. I want to be contact and return this product.

Notre moniteur a cessé de fonctionner après 11 mois d’utilisation. Étant donné que la garantie est de 1 an, nous avons contacté la compagnie pour faire réparer ou remplacer le moniteur. On nous a dit que ceux-ci étaient en rupture de stock. Un an et trois relances plus tard, toujours en rupture de stock, malgré qu’il soit encore en vente dans les magasins et sur Amazon. Une vraie compagnie de bandit. À éviter comme la peste.

I have been using the twin cameras for only 6, maybe 7 months and the one camera is always offline. I have tried all suggested troubleshooting including removing and adding the camera back. It's so frustrating. I really want a replacement camera.

Short version: don’t buy anything from this company - their products are unreliable and their customer service is appalling.I purchased the Hubble Nursery Pal Crib Edition at the beginning of January 2023, because I liked having the option of both an app and a separate monitor. In January 2024, still within the warranty period, the parent unit suddenly lost the ability to hold a charge - I can only use the parent unit when it’s plugged in. I contacted customer service (only email was an option, they have no phone number and their “live chat” has never worked for me), and while it took them days to respond to me, they eventually said that it was a defect with the parent unit and they would send me a replacement. However, there were no parent units in stock, so they could only send it to me once they had more in stock. This was January 13th, 2024.Ever since, they’ve been ignoring me. I emailed the customer service representative multiple times and received no response. I emailed support multiple times, no response. (And I gave them weeks to reply to me before trying again!) They’ve ignored every attempt at communication since January. This product is not worth the hassle.

This camera is amazing! We have used it daily for our little one, it plays music, lullabies and stories! You can access it from your phone and the portable display that comes with itWould definitely purchase again.My only con for this device is sometimes the app is a little glitchy with the music and the display doesn’t have the best battery life, we ended up needing to purchase a new cord for it once we used it only a few times.

This is my third review of any product ever. Takes to much time and likely will never be read…. That said, this monitor sucks…. We have three kids, and have used two other monitors that were great. We had twins which required a split screen and two cameras…. The cameras worked for about 7 minutes. The cameras won’t connect to the app and the nor will they connect to the actual monitor. I have sent at least one 10 emails to their “customer service” and recieved the same trouble shooting response. Obviously did not work. They also do not offer a phone number as “they do not have a dedicated help line”. I’m sure it’s a great camera/monitor when it works, but when it doesn’t it sucks! Save yourself the hrs and money and get something different

I purchased these cameras in June 2023, immediately we noticed one of the two cameras was defective not responding at all to the pair button on the back, after trying all the troubleshooting nothing worked. Three months later the second cameras is now doing the same thing. No response to pairing, and not working. This product is junk, and the fact that the customer service is only email and they want you to send a video of their product not working instead of just replacing it is despicable.

***BUYER BEWARE*** The Hubble Nursery Pal Crib Edition is an extremely defective product, and their Customer Service is so bad they have ignored over 5 emails between my wife and I over the course of a month. We have yet to receive any response at all and the product does not work as described. We initially had issues with the handheld monitor, which after a month of owning it, it died/froze all together. We were relying on our cell phones, but the Wi-Fi connectivity is so spotty it drops in and out continually. Anytime our child makes a sound, and you would think it would notify you, instead it goes silent and you won’t hear anything. We highly recommend any other product on the market i.e., Infant Optics, Philips Avent, Nanit Plus, or any other product besides Hubble (and Motorola). FYI Binatone Communications, a British-Chinese telecommunications company, markets Hubble but also Motorla. Needless to say reviews on Motorola products are as equally poor and negative. It can be speculated that, no wonder Binatone is looking to sell their interest in Hubble, who wants a terrible product and infrastructure that has no customer service? We should have done more research but the general feedback and consensus online from reviews are some of the same issues as we have had. For the safety and well-being of your child avoid Hubble at all costs!

The item description states that these cameras have digital pan, tilt, and zoom. They do not. Picture quality is poor, image is not crisp, and the edges are heavily pixelated. I also don’t like how the camera won’t save the last image captured as the thumbnail when switching between the cameras.Setup was easy, and some of the features like temperature of each baby, and being able to play music are pretty cool.
