Amazing little device that works perfectly for my needs. I wanted to use wireless Apple CarPlay in my 2019 Mazda cx-5 for both my wife and I, but there is only one USB CarPlay port, and my wireless dongle doesn’t allow switching between phones easily.My solution was to use two USB wireless dongles (one for each phone) and this USB bidirectional switch to toggle between each one, and the single USB port plugged in to the car’s USB CarPlay port. Now with the press of a button the car seamlessly selects each phone wirelessly with no issues or hassle. Game changer!Another competing product I tried only confused the car’s setup. It would freeze the entertainment and navigation system because the other switcher didn’t power off the unused USB port when selecting inputs. This one works very well every time!! Highly recommend!!

I saved $300 by returning a great Startech KVM switch (within return window) since this little unit enabled me to: Use my Windows work laptop & MacBook Pro - connected to one monitor. I will tell you my new monitor allows for quick switching using the remote it came with (Samsung OLED 34" G8). The unit also let me connect 1 keyboard and one mouse wirelessly. You can also connect a USB dongle off the single-port side to connect other devices as well (additional usb or usb-c cables, chargers, etc). Been using this item for 3 weeks not with no issues.I did not want to test the KVM and hurt my changes of a return. I do wonder if switching would be quicker or connections better with the Startech. For sure the cable management would have been cleaner, but I did a good job using a cable management kit. The KVM with also has more ports but in short, this unit, for its price, works great and is not slow at all. Zero issues...even if your monitor is not the Porsche-like Monitor I just purchased, it will toggle between 2 laptops with ease.Here is the Startech unit I returned to save $300 for comparison. Hope I don't regret it. I have a single DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) interface that I wanted to use for both of my desktop computers. This allows me to switch back and forth easily, with no interruptions or error messages. It's great because now I can use the same set of high-quality speakers on both computers without having to run additional audio cables.

I was eagerly awaiting this product and finally received it today. I connected it to both an Asus and a Dell laptop via a docking station. However, the Dell laptop wouldn’t connect through the USB-A port. I wasn't about to let something I’d waited so long for not work, so I tried using a USB-A to USB-C adapter. It connected, but only intermittently. I thought maybe the Dell wasn’t compatible.Then, by chance, I swapped the cables, and suddenly the Dell displayed perfectly, while the Asus started having intermittent issues. After further testing, I realized that one of the cables was faulty right out of the box. I decided to contact the seller for a replacement cable, but I was met with the frustration of Amazon’s repetitive automated responses, with no way to directly reach the seller.Determined not to give up, I partially plugged the connector into the switch (see circled connection in image), and now both devices are working stable. Seller, if you’re reading this, I need a new data cable or a replacement device if necessary. I can't return the product until I receive the replacement, as I'm currently using it despite the defect.Note: Rated 2 stars due to the inability to contact the seller and receiving a defective product right out of the box. I’ll happily update my rating to five stars if the issue is resolved.

Impeccable pour brancher 1 micro/casque à 1 console + 1 PC. Au démarrage de l’une ou l’autre, le boîtier détecte automatiquement le flux, et tout fonctionne instantanément. Un clic permet de couper le flux si besoin. Sur la voix, peut-être une légère saccade de temps en temps, mais rien de particulièrement notable.

After trying various different usb switches, some had power that never turned off, and some straight up didn't work, this was the only one that did. Note however, you need really good USB type A to C cables otherwise it wont work as well.Design is very sleek with a simple to use push button that does remember where it was left off when it loses power.I highly recommend it if you are looking for a USB switch to switch between android auto/car play or even wireless android auto to wired as mine has a weird disconnect issue in some spots of where I live.

The switch stopped working after 4 months When I connect any USB device, the lights are turned off and there is no connection between the laptop/pc and USB device
